    Lasted 2 years then the picture went

    We loved this TV. It lasted for exactly 2 years before vertical lines appeared on the screen when we were watching TV. There wasn't a fix for this that wouldn't have been prohibitively expensive unfortunately. We had no choice but to recycle it.

    We have had our TV less than 2 months. A week ago the screen started flickering and bouncing until the screen went to nothing but vertical stripes. A week later the Geek Squad came by to check it out. We now have to wait another week for parts that may or may not fix the problem. If these parts don't fix it they'll keep replacing parts until it becomes to costly to them with no consideration for the customer. I'm very disappointed in Best Buy for not standing behind what they sell. Call me crazy but I would have thought an expensive TV would have lasted longer than 2 months.

    Motion blur on TV is horrible

    The Tv is super bright and clear, but that may be it's biggest problem. When was shopping for Tv I specifically asked if motion blur would be an issue from my signal from local cable provider, and was told no it would have no motion blur and would be fine. The TV had all the bells and whistles that would not allow motion blur. Guess what, got it home installed and was the worst moving picture I have ever seen. I tried everything i have been instructed to do to try and fix and nothing works. I have another brand same size Tv and never had any issues with the motion blur. If you like watching sports or action pics this is not the tv for you. Very frustrating, saved a long time to buy this tv and I am not happy with it

To do this, please follow these instructions: Home – Settings – Picture – Expert Settings – Auto Motion Plus – Change to “Custom” and adjust to your liking.
