This TV is all around awesome. Easy to use, and I love the smart features. We use it for a monitor for PC gaming, and also use it for Hulu and Netflix, which are built right in. It was easy to wall mount. We also hooked it up to our Vizio sound bar. It looks and sounds great.

As someone who usually waits until technology is no longer "new" to purchase, purchasing this 4k tv with HDR was different for me...but boy was it worth it! The colors, the detail...totally indescribable in words. The closest is absolutely amazing. So simple to set up and use.

Outstanding picture in all lighting conditions. Ease of use is simple for getting between Directv, and Internet Channels; HBO Now and Netflix. I find it an excellent choice for watching Hockey. The Samsung representative in the store was most helpful in making a TV selection.

Requires some slight tweaking to the user's tastes, and the remote may take some getting used to depending on what you have used in the past, but an overall remarkably good product right out of the box. Very intuitive set up and easy to find any advice for fine tuning on line.

I did a lot of research before purchasing this TV over the Sony 850d samsung un55ks8000 works flawlessly even for gaming with the low imput lag... I use this TV with xbox one S and my Google chromecast ultra... :)

Love this tv. The picture is crystal clear. I myself don't love watching movies in 4k which I believe can even be shut off. Only because it gives movies a "soap opera on set feel". Amination on the other hand is out of this world! Very easy to mount to wall with a wall mount

We just recently set it up, and it looks amazing. And I was worried as we finally put to rest our old Panasonic Plasma TV which we loved. This TV did not disappoint! Clear, crisp, easy to use. So far, so good! If it lasts as long as our last TV, it will be totally worth it!

Impressed with the details of the picture, super easy too install with no problems or hassles, recommend buying the sound bar and rear speaker kit as the sound just from the tv is alright the sound bar really makes a huge difference all of this all sync up with no problems.

After spending hours upon hours of searching for a new tv my husband and I chose this Samsung and we couldn't be happier! When we watch football it's like we are on the sideline and when we have movie nights it's like we are in the movie! Amazing picture quality and stylish

Very pleased with this set so far. Not a lot of content out there in 4K yet, but the Netflix series that are available in 4K look incredible on this TV (you may have to upgrade your Netflix subscription to get 4K). Looking forward to seeing 4K HDR content on Blu-ray someday. I do get some faint compression on streaming, but it usually not noticeable in the picture. There is a faint strip along the top of the screen that is lighter than the rest of the screen (due to the side lighting, I guess?), but it's not severe enough to interfere with my enjoyment. It's hard to compare this issue to other sets in store, since it's really only noticeable in a dimly lit room. I'm happy enough with the picture otherwise that I'm not docking any stars for this.

This is my first 4k television and watched and read many reviews. Ended up getting this tv and i am completely satisfied with my purchase set up was super easy and i really like the samsung one connect helps keep the wiring clutter free behind the tv. The Remote was a little underwhelming at first given the lack of buttons but after a couple of weeks of use it is by far the best remote in the house. The only quirk is the hulu app thats built in to the tv sometimes hangs and i have to exit all the way and re start the app for it to work. 4k content tho limited looks spectacular on this set. I would recommend getting at least a sound bar due to the weak speakers on the tv. I can go on and on but i would definitely recommend this set to others.

I've owned this tv for about two months and the picture-quality is amazing. Set-up was reasonable, and operation is generally straight-forward. I'm giving it four stars because every once in a while it turns off by itself or otherwise changes some aspect of what's being watched. This is not a big problem, but rather a rare nuisance to our one technophobe if no one else is around.

Yeah I'm really impressed with this tv. The picture is just amazing I was going to go with a plan Jane 4K but this hdr really makes a difference I have my PS4 hooked up to it and the games plus the movies just have the best pic. I really have zero cons for this tv

I research this TV for a while before I bought it. The picture quality is one of the best due to the refresh rate and the High Dynamic Range display, its ability to go on the internet was also a major factor on getting this TV. I find that Samsung makes the best TV's

I've been researching for a long time and finally pullled the trigger on this tv. Generally, I was looking a TV in the $1000 range and this was the best for the buck. Picture is bright and crisp and HDR looks great in this set. You can't go wrong with this TV.

I bought this TV in 2015 for a room we remodeled and it worked out so well that I bought the same model (although newer year) when our 2006 plasma started glitching in our main room. Streaming is great, picture is great and I like the new, simpler remote control.

I did a fair amount of online review searching and picked this TV. Two months later, our family loves it. great features and picture quality. One annoying Samsung feature is on the home screen when the TV is turned on. All the smart tv features all pop up...even if I'm just watching TV. Haven't figured out a way to hide that. And...the only reason I didn't give this TV 5 stars was I bought two TV's and one was dead right out of the box. Best Buy replaced it right away. It was annoying to get a defective TV this day and age. it was irritating to have to go back to the store...just FYI.

Don't just take my opinion, go ahead and look at the professional reviews like rtings.com. Their biggest complaint was with viewing angle, and while my maximum angle is only about 45 degrees I have no issues at all. Pros: Upscaling of 1080 and lower resolution broadcasts was much better than I expected: 1080 looked more like 4K and 720 looked more like 1080. I love the network integration with DirecTV, and the simple remote (which has voice commands). Cons: Ports are pretty much limited to HDMI, but that is all I needed. I was disappointed with the WiFi reception @2.4Ghz. Admittedly my AP was one floor down, but the signal strength at the TV was -40Dbi and all my other devices connect fine, yet TV kept disconnecting. After troubleshooting with Samsung several times, I just gave up, and upgraded my AP to 5Ghz. In the end it was a far easier solution; I should have done this long ago anyway.
