The picture is so clear and lifelike that you think the people could jump right off the screen! The controls are easy to understand. The remote couldnt be any less complicated if they tried.

This would be my 3rd LCD tv to be using, but the first I chose. You wouldn't be disappointed if you buy this tv. As a warning, it may irritate your eyes a bit if you've never used a tv that produce a high brightness, or you sit less than 7 ft from it. Almost a month using it and I'm already adjusted to it and could tell the difference from using my old tv. This tv offers a lot of unique advantages, and haven't used 1/4 of it, so it's a great buy!

I have to say, I researched many tvs and decided on this one. I am sooooo happy that I did. It is an absolutely gorgeous picture. There are so many selections that it was confusing but this one had 240 rate instead of the 120. It also had high range. I have 4 other Samsungs and always do well with them. The one thing you do need to check with this model is if you aren't mounting it on the wall, that you have enough room on a tv stand or mantle for these legs. They look really chic and I lucked out but it could have been a real problem. I actually went to purchase another one but it has gone up $300 so I am going to wait for it to be on sale hopefully again soon.

great picture. Sound is a little weak but still better than expected. Remote and smart functionality are both very user friendly and the inputs being on a separate box hide the clutter.

The image is great, as advertised. In my opinion the price is worth it, you get a much better product than with TVs costing below $1000.

i bought this tv as a gift to myself and I couldn't be happier. Great picture, easy setup, very user friendly. I have a 4 year old Samsung tv that is larger, but I enjoy this one much more.

This TV is beautiful to watch and is a very nice looking TV from all angles. If your looking to make the step into 4k and hdr with some decent smart features, this is a huge contender!

Pictures are the best I have every seen. Nice colors that are deep. The black colors are excellent and the 4 K resolution is also excellent.

This TV looks great and has a good picture, but the apps don't seem to function well. I constantly have problems with Netflix and youtube not working and Hulu crashes all the time. The TV has a really good picture, but man it has some issues. People on the forums have discussed it and it seems like this is common with this TV.

I was looking for a 4K tv with good HDR, but the OLEDs were just too expensive. Reading the technical reviews at rtings.com, I narrowed it down to some specific Samsung, Sony, and LG models. The Sony had really noticeable dark edges and corners, which really bugs me. The LG runs quite warm, particularly on the bottom edge, which concerns me for long term reliability. This Samsung is just right. The picture is incredible. Its "standard" picture defaults to WAY too bright and contrasty, but using the configuration at rtings, the picture is so much better. As an unexpected plus, it has bluetooth for audio output, such as for headphones. Also, the built in audio is really pretty good - much better than I expected. I'll still hook it up to my stereo, but mainly because it is already there. I like the "connect" box approach, as it minimizes the wires run up to the set (just power, ethernet, and the connect cable), while keeping all the rest behind the stand. My only complaint is that it did not come with the M8-45mm bolts for wall mounting (Lowes has them). Come on Samsung. A $1300 set that leaves out the bolts??? I'm not taking a star off, only because everything else is so good.

This tv is has a really clear and sharp picture. It's great to log onto all your apps easily such as Netflix and Hulu. I would highly recommend this tv to everyone especially familys.

Purchased since I was getting the Xbox one S since my Vizio from earlier this year didn't support 10bit and HDR. Loving it so far and it looks amazing to pair along with the Xbox One S!

After looking at many other T.V.s we chose Samsung because of the true black technology. It makes all the difference in the world for real color. Super easy to set up. We Love it.

I was replacing my 10 year old plasma TV in our Master Bedroom. I wanted to maintain somewhat similar blacks and contrast and didn't want to pay for OLED in our bedroom. We started with Vizio E series, big mistake. Then went with an LG SUHD and it was better but still did not have good contrast ratios. I continued to look into reviews and consistently found the KS8000 as the top dog. I've had it for one month and it's unbelievable! It's not OLED, but for LED it's darn good. The impressive factor outside of good black levels is the color, it's really impressive the different color options. Overall if you want an LED tv around 1k, get this TV!

Love the TV so far, I currently have it set up as my gaming room TV for my PS4. Picture quality is great and I do't have any complaints in that area. The only reason this TV got a 4 out of 5 is because one reason which is that the TV for whatever reason drops my PS4's signal which causes Black screen flashes almost like I'm turning the TV on and off. I have confirmed this issue actually happens with a few different Samsung models so watch out if this is going to be used for PS4 gaming purposes. The TV will continue to have this issue until you change some settings which usually involves the HDR function. This only takes a few minutes to fix but during a competitive game this can be extremely annoying to say the least. My recommendation is a Yes on the TV but only if its for non PS4 Gaming. Not sure if they will fix this as there has already been multiple updates to this TV but this has yet to be addressed.

Picture and sound are great. Setup was pretty easy. Picture went out after 10 days, but Samsung repair came within 2 days, brought the parts and fixed it. Has been great since.

This TV has the best picture I have ever seen. It picture quality and the color is so perfect it is even better than seeing it in real life!! So glad I spent the money to upgrade!!

The tv is an absolutely amazing buy. The picture quality is excellent and the price was great. I have bought several tvs in the past few months and this one is clearly the best.

UHD 4k content look amazing through my Xbox one s. Games on PlayStation 4 pro look equally as good. The HDR really has to be seen in person to undstand the difference. It's awesome. I do have to mention the screen flashes on and off when hdr content is playing on the pro. It's usually solved by switching between imputs or turning the tv off and on. It does get frustrating but doesn't happen often enough to be a deal break (in my opinion). Not sure if this is a pro issue or the tv itself because it's only happened when using the pro while HDR content is playing. Other than that the tv is great. Also 1080p content looks great too.

I was shopping for a TV and when I came across it is fell in love with it. This TV is very slim. I use it to play video games on my ps4. watching movies with it is so incredible
