Ease of operation is amazing. Impressive picture and especially liked the light weight and slim profile this TV replaced a 9 year old SONY. Samsung is a major upgrade.

I didn't research this online prior to purchasing it. I met a very knowable individual in the store several weeks earlier and when it was time to buy, I new I need to talk to him. He answered all questions, made recommendations and got me what suited me. The TV is lightweight, fits close to the wall and seems to be a quality easy to use product so far.

I researched 4K tvs for weeks before I decided on the ks8000. The reviews from the pros and people who purchased this tv helped to influence my decision. However it wasn't until I seen the tv in my local Best Buy that Iwas totally sold. Then the waiting game for the right price began,this tv was going for $999 around Christmas and then shot up to $1299.00. I waited it out and got it for $999.00. Be patient and wait for the sales.

This TV is excellent. Great picture, nice bezel. Only complaint is that the technology inside is probably more advanced than what most providers offer (Cable provides dont have 4k, only a small selection of 4k stuff on Netflix, etc.)....but it definitely doesn't hurt to future proof. I considered throwing in the extra coin on Black Friday to get this over the cheaper TVs available at the time and I do not regret my decision at all.

Easy setup, 4k and HDR are great. I use a Xbox One S. I got it for $999 which makes it even better.

I recently purchased this TV and can say I'm extremely satisfied. It was easy to set up, the picture is great and I love the apps. The smart remote is easy to operate and the Wi-Fi connectivity is excellent. Until purchasing this TV we were accessing Netflix and Amazon Prime through our DVD player. Unfortunately it would buffer every so often which was extremely annoying. Not a problem with this TV. Would highly recommend.

This TV is great, there is practically no edge so it's like a piece of glass. Good quality picture

We unexpectedly had to go shop for a new TV the same day one of our dogs passed away. The sales guy was very helpful and understanding of our situation and didn't get pushy. We chose this TV because of the ratings, it's great picture, and the features it had. The speakers could be a tad better, but we have it hooked to a surround sound system so they weren't a deal breaker. It's only been 2 months but we're very happy with it.

Very vivid and bright picture. Not great out of the box, but once made adjustments to several settings, very happy with the picture quality. Still tough to transition from plasma. Had to get longer screws to mount than were suggested in the instructions to use with existing 3rd party bracket. Very good for use in a room with lots of outside light. Only had for little over a month, but very pleased with the product, so far.

This is the first actual smart TV I have purchased. Until now I have gotten by with using BluRay player and Apple TV for my streaming functions. The picture on this TV is great but, I think that the amount of apps available are limited and there is no TWC or DirectTV app so I can't eliminate my converter boxes which would save me money. Samsung announced last year that they were adding this to their lineup but not on this TV which is the latest model. I also find that my labels for the input disappear every now and then and I have had to do a total reset once already after only a month of ownership.

Picture looks amazing straight on. Starts to fade fast from viewing from the side though.

I liked the TV but coming from the smart Samsung plasma i felt a little disappointed. However, for the price and features i cannot complain.

Features easy to use. Like the way picture quality can be changed on the remote. Good purchase.
