The quality of this tv is superb, motion flo is fantastic, colors are vibrant.

I had a 55" Vizio that crapped out after 3 years. Went down to Best Buy where I've bought all my TVs for the last 10 years. Was originally looking to buy a Sony which I had before. I was shown this Samsung, and was very impressed. The picture is excellent. The sound leaves a lot to be desired but I use a sound bar so it was not a problem. I would definitely recommend this TV.

Needed new TV as old TV picture was fading. Great picture and color even with the amount of light in the room during the day. Have Southern exposure with 12 foot door wall of glass Issue with some lights reflecting in the TV during the night. Bought before Christmas, tree lights reflect in the screen. As the tree won't be up all year, won't be an issue for me but might be for someone with a permanent light source. Be aware that some software updates, may change your settings. Can't address ease of installation as Geek Squad installed.

Great tv at a great price. Good picture and sound. Easy to set up.

You have to download new software from time to time and also choose the picture mode you prefer but after you do what a picture! So vivid and sharp. Very near the quality of an OLED. The sound was good out of the box but I have hooked it up to a Bose sound system and the two are working together quite well.

Great TV for the price, I can't stop to watch because the resolution is just crisp and amazing esp when watching a movie, I have a fire stick and it looks like a video game from Xbox already, I can't imagine when I plug in a blu Ray. Delivery crew was also outstanding, very friendly and accommodates request for placement not just drop off. BB always is my go to for electronics!

This tv has been excellent. Pucture is excellent and HDR is breathtaking.

Vibrant colors, clear high contrast picture. Main use: antenna TV and Netflix. This was a replacement for a 1 ½ year old 55" Samsung that was taken out by lightning. Team member Jeff in Appleton was EXTREMELY helpful and very knowledgable about the various products in his department. A super experience.

This is a great 4K TV for both quality and price. I have seen other 4K TV's that need a lot of calibration to look good. This one looked great right out of the box. Awesome color and skin tone accurate with deep blacks. The smart remote is a great feature and only took a few minutes to acquire the functions of my cable provider's remote. The voice command feature works well.

Clear and great picture quality. Easy to set up and the view is awesome.

I knew about Samsung's reputation for great picture quality when shopping around, and after seeing it in action in-store, knew I had to go for it. The quality is excellent - 4K content is stunning, and the HDR feature makes colors pop. The input lag is also very low, so it makes a great gaming TV - something I was concerned with when shopping around. The TV also comes with what's called a "OneConnect Box" - basically, an external box that plugs into the TV and connects all the inputs. This has the advantage of easier access to your TV's inputs, and in theory also allows for more and different inputs through a new OneConnect box released down the road. This is great for mounting the TV close to a call or in an enclosed space. Finally, there are presets for special viewing modes, like gaming (reducing special effects for the lowest input lag), sports mode (not a sports buff, but I think this reduces on-screen blur for fast-moving shots), and movie mode. The included smart software has some neat features, and the remote includes voice control - which is a good thing, because the software is a bit sluggish. The plusses aside, this TV isn't perfect, and this mostly comes down to the included software and the remote. This is really only an issue for someone with an external sound system (as the built-in speakers aren't that great). For instance, I have a 5.1 speaker system hooked up to the TV through its optical input, and the included remote can be configured to control external devices like a cable box and a speaker amp. The problem is, the TV requires you to configure external devices together, and your options are limited to cable boxes, blu-ray players, and sound systems. In my case, I set my speakers up with my cable box so I can control the volume while watching TV. The issue is that the remote will not work this way when on another input - so if I'm playing my game console or watching something on my Android TV, the volume switches won't do anything. I've spoken to Samsung support and there's no way around this - unless you have a universal remote like a Logitech Harmony. The software UI is also a little sluggish, which is mitigated somewhat by the voice control features on the remote.

Great TV with all the bells an whistles. 4K, HDR, Smart tv functionality.

First 4k TV purchase, and what a buy! Researched this TV for months before buying, compared many 4k TV's in-store, and decided this was the right one and was not disappointed! Great , sharp, vivid picture, nice sound from TV speakers, and nice build quality. Only drawback is no component out for older game consoles, but you have to get with the times! Highly recommended.

Have always loved Samsung and their products and so we went with a 55" HDTV 4G with all the bells and whistles. Color and picture quality are remarkable. Had the Geek squad set it up and take away the old one and now we have a tv with "one" remote to start everything. Great tv and would go with another Samsung when the time comes that this one doesn't work anymore.

Very easy to setup! I have a cable box, 2 video consoles and an apple TV, all with HDMI connections. TV image is great, with several options for color and brightness. Watching sports is great due to the high refresh rate. The remote is also very simple yet it allows me to control both the cable box and the apple TV, which helps reduce the number of remotes around.
