Easy set up. Great picture. Overall great tv -- very satisfied

Very pleased with entire transaction. I originally purchased a 55" Sony and was very unhappy with the tv. Picture was ok but the corners would bleed white and the software was horrible. Bestbuy offered to return tv and replace it with Samsung (I paid difference in price). This tv is miles better than the equivalent Sony model and I'm very happy with it.

Picked up this tv after doing a lot of research on 4K television sets on the market today. First tv had a couple dead pixels and two or three were right next to each other making it noticeable from a distance. Exchanged it at Best Buy with no problem and new one is perfect condition. Previously had a older LCD LG tv and the difference is huge!

i got this because i wanted to upgrade from my original flat screen that i bought 10 years ago, the picture is great, and its very easy to get lost playing with the different setting and turning the hdr on and off. although its a 55in and it seemed huge in the store it seemed small when i got it home and mounted it. down i only wish i got the 65in.

this tv gave good picture quality, mainly when watching movies. that's when the true 4k quality is appreciated. Some regular channels have good picture quality as well. I don't regret buying this tv it exceeded my expectations. i'm very happy with this tv purchase. if you watch a lot of movies, netflix then this is definitely the tv for you.

I purchased this TV as a floor sample. It had a bit more damage that was advertised. I was given a great deal and it work fine.

The picture is amazing. Great resolution. Very alive colors.

Purchased this as a replacement for an older 51" Samsung 720p plasma set. Couldn't be more pleased with the picture of this system. Excellent brightness and clarity when used with HD broadcast & blu-ray. I have not tried or used 4K blu-ray on this panel. Audio is not the best so plan on a sound bar or, like I did, using with a receiver.

Samsung 55" smart TV is the second best TV I own. The best is the 65" curve but the colors are great and picture is beautiful.

I was able to pick this TV up when it went on sale for the Super Bowl and it has been absolutely wonderful. I love how seamless the TV works with my phone as well as the home navigation for all the streaming sites. The resolution is stunning and the sound was surprisingly awesome as well. All around phenomenal TV, two thumbs up for Samsung!

4K smart tv with great picture and easy to use applications

Going for an old LCD TV this is a huge upgrade. Took some time to get used to the clarity but wow are the colors great. I would actually like to give this 4.75 stars because I'm not a big fan of having no HDMI ports on the actual tv. Could be a problem for someone trying to wall mount. If you're not going to wall mount this purchase away.

Very low response rate and have not teared while gaming on it , you will need to tweak it a bit to get the best experience but it offers a lot of control to do so. Only down side is it has a VA panel so viewing range is not as great as say IPS which can be a cause of concern if you are hosting a viewing event for a crowd.

Very sleek TV and display and sound quality is very good

This is a GREAT mid-class TV. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles of a high-end TV, but has clear picture in well-lit room and has decent sound, although I do have a sound bar. Voice search is a nice feature on the remote and love being able to stream Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. without have extra boxes (Apple TV, Roku, etc.)
