The best looking tv I have ever seen. Thin and hardly any bezel to speak of. The colors are vibrant and the 4k HDR on this set is out of this world. The smart hub has been updated and runs very smoothly. Only thing I don't like is the remote could use a little work. Just get a Harmony remote to go with it and your all set.

The picture quality is fantastic even when up scaling old standard definition shows. I'd rate 4 1/2 * if I could. It's not perfect. There is occasional motion stutter, especially on up scaled content & game mode decreases the hdr color depth for lower latency. These are both minor issues for an overall great package.

I got this tv on sale before it went back up. the cost was amazing compared to every other brand. the picture is the best in the store besides others that cost double. samsung killed it again and if you HD programming you'll love it. also the one connect box it comes with makes it sooo easy to plug in multiple sources!

Received excellent service and products from Best Buy, Will never shop anywhere else. All the products I've purchased are top of the line. The TV is amazing. The wharefedale speakers are the clearest and most efficient I've ever heard. If not for the salesman I may not have bought these. I've so glad he advised to buy these.

This TV has an incredible picture. Once you get it adjusted to your liking, the picture has a wow factor to it. The VA panels do a great job on blacks, as they are deep and the colors are vivid. The up scaling is excellent as well. I am very impressed with this set. The online apps are pretty good too. There is a good selection of apps, including all the major ones(Netflix/Amazon/Hulu/Vudu/Youtube), as well as HBO/Showtime/Starz/Encore apps. Only ones I'd like to see are an Epix app, along with Sling/PS Vue/Directv Now. The only complaint I have is the remote. Way too simplistic to work in a home theater environment. The remote is good if you only have a couple devices, plugged directly into the TV with no AV receiver in the mix. However throw in an AV receiver and it can't really handle what is needed. It can't change inputs(only through CEC/ARC will it attempt to auto switch your AV receiver). I'm also not a fan of the auto-switching on the separate input box this TV has. I wish they would offer a ways to turn it off. Otherwise, IMO, this is THE TV to get in this class.

I was tempted to buy the curved model, but truthfully I just couldn't see the difference when I compared the two in-store. Both screens had phenomenal color, depth, and visibility from wide angles. Absolutely worth the savings, considering that I'm not sure I would've actually seen a difference at home.

Bonded instantly with the Onkyo and 7.2 surround sound speaker system. For the $$ you couldn't want anything more. Any problems were solved by the Geek Squad or the manufacturer's instructions. Definitely recommend this product and Best Buy to everyone. Easy setup even for an old geezer with limited experience.

Packaging was terrific but physical setup instructions were poor and minimal, yet very simple after the fact. Wonderful picture with great clarity. TV setup can be a bit confusing with the lack of written instructions as most manufacturers are now doing. Just go to the net and download them, but it's a monster to print out. Lack of content from networks and other sources is a bit of a problem but will slowly be overcome. Would I buy another-yes.

This is a beautiful, and I mean beautiful, LED TV with image extended to top and side edges. Bottom edge has a very attractive chrome trim with a pair of chrome leg sets. Picture is fabulous with very smooth motion. However, I bought this along with a new Sony AV receiver and these two do not work together at all. Samsung Anynet and Sony Bravia are NOT compatible. I turned off both of these and rely on my cable remote to make them work together.

First and foremost the overall aesthetics to me was refined and pleasing. The picture quality is top notch for the price point and is no slouch when gaming on its bigger then the smaller gaming dedicated monitors. You can opt for an upgrade with a slightly better picture and better speakers, but unless you are a video and audiophile you will hardly know the difference. It is a centerpiece for technology and I am very happy with my purchase.

I bought this TV after long research, I was looking for a 4K HDR capable TV for PS4 Pro release, this was my decision and I didn't regret it! movies and HDR 4K looks awesome, low input lag is perfect for gamer, smart apps are good! it has a wide color gamut and 10 bit panel with great brightness! perfect for HDR!

Excellent picture quality. Terrible remote. There are so many settings that can be changed, I love it! The only complaint, and it’s a big one, is the remote. To change the source one has to click multiple times. And depending where you are in the menu, it’s out of the way and takes more clicks. The remote is what cost this from a perfect score in my opinion. There are so few buttons that one has to click over multiple times to get anywhere.

Seems like a great TV. The only limitation is the small amount of 4K material available. I can stream movies in 4K, but without a hardline connection you get undesirable pixelation. One thing that kept it from 5 stars is getting the Samsung account set up so I can watch my HBO Now subscription. I followed the onscreen directions and prompts, but when I tried to open HBO Now it told me I had an invalid account. Still trying to figure that one out.

This is the clearest tv I have ever had. The only prob is we have cable and the service is behind time. The tv is far more advanced. So with regular cable service the tv won't be as clear picture that you will see in store on display. Watch 4K dvds and Xbox games it's the best in class. Come on cable, keep up.

Love this Sammy! Looks fantastic and a vast improvement from my old plasma set. The number of settings is about right, and 4k content pops off the screen. The viewing angles were not as bad as others have claimed. Have this set up with my Samsung Atmos soundbar and enjoying the experience! Thanks, Best Buy.

Ok I'm hooked on tech. I've been watching this tv at best buy for a couple of months and when it went on sale Black Friday i had to have it. Lots of positive reviews and after having it for a while I have to agree, best tv ever for the price. If you are looking to purchase a 4k tv you have found the right one.

It really is the best screen on the market. Go as big as you can. Don't drop below 55 inches. The smart TV OS is actually competent (though not exactly "cutting edge," it at least does not come close to sucking) -- and wow, the sound, full range! Upscales content incredibly well. Remember to calibrate!

We had a TV emergency on new years eve and this wonderful electronic came into our lives. It is amazing. Colors are vibrant. Blacks are deep. Upscaling is clear. The July thing we don't use is the motion feature because it makes everything look like a soap opera. We're not fans. I'd HIGHLY recommend this TV.
