We picked up and installed the TV ourselves. The hook-up was very easy. We chose to modify the picture settings to suit our preference. It was easy to do. The picture is absolutely the best. We love it. The sound is very good for a TV, but a sound bar would be nice. We are happy we bought this TV from Best Buy.

The Samsung KS8000 has surpassed all of my expectations. This is a huge step for me, as I have always bought Vizios. HDR and Wide Color Gamut will take your breath away. I also am astounded at the quality of service I received at the West Little Rock store. I recommend this product and Best Buy to anyone.

I was thoroughly impressed with the picture of this TV in store. I just had to have it. It came down to this and another TV and because of brand loyalty I decided on this one. It also helps that it was on sale and has never been less expensive than the week of black Friday. Great for movies/tv and gaming.

Great picture with many connection options. The universal remote that is included is very good.

Over all the quality of the picture is just perfect. HD programming is above and beyond expectations. Best of all the price at Best Buy was the lowest we found in all the stores around including Costco. If you do get this i recommend getting a higher quality HDMI cable. It actually did make a difference.

After major issues with my Vizio P-Series, I finally decided to purchase the TV I should have all along: Samsung K8000! This TV has an incredible picture. Don't get suckered into buzz words for different tech: OLED, Dolby Vision, etc. I would definitely recommend the K8000 for anyone looking for the event image quality with a user friendly interface, great all in one remote and an attractive design. Highly recommend.

Did a lot of research to arrive at this tv. Plenty of features except 3D. No edge bleed like people say about Sony. Preferred features, price and reviews versus, sharp, Visio, and Sony. This model had best customer reviews...consistently good. The only reason I did not give it a five was the picture drops off a little at. More than 60 degrees viewing angle, but professional review said it would. I am very satisfied and am pleased.

The picture is wonderful. It's like having a personal theater! Remote control is easy to use.

I read a LOT of reviews before purchasing my tv. This one overall rounded out everything. It's a little weird/cumbersome with my sound bar but aside from that everything about the tv is amazing!

this TV is very easy to setup, a very good picture, color and has a lot of different functions.

Picture is sharp with realistic color and viewable from fairly wide angles. Contrast is very good and shifts from dark to light are well compensated. My only caveat is the sound from the downward facing speakers, but I'm compensating with external speakers. Do wish it had a headphone jack though.

I read reviews on multiple sites before deciding to purchase this tv. I had narrowed it down between this model and the Sony model. I have had this tv for almost a week. It is great. The picture quality is great. I've used it with my Tivo DVR, Apple TV, and BluRay player. They all look great on it.

The set it self is fantastic,the picture it gives is un beatable,crisp and clear with very little adjustments. Instillation was quite simple. There was one problem that occured because of an update to the set .the apps were lost and it took me quite a bit to reinstall the app feature .The geek squad wanted $99 to help me despite the fact that I have a five year extended warrantee .still waiting for Samsung to call me back

We debated if we really needed the size and all the whistles. Now that we have taken the plunge, we are exceptionally pleased with the depth and crispness of the color, the sound (even without the enhanced by the sound bar) and the movement is as close to experiencing it live as I think you can get..

The picture is clear and beautiful. Part of my selection was also the frame with the beautiful stainless or polished chrome detail on the bottom edge of the frame. So much more elegant than a black frame or the less expensive aluminum frames. I also hired the Geek Squad for a seamless installation.

Purchased tv took home setup was easy watched for a couple hours picture was amazing then tv quit working called Samsung he could not fix suggested to take back to store so I did they gave me a replacement tv and this one works great to been using for three weeks great picture hopefully it will last

I bought this TV to replace my other living room TV it is amazing the picture is purfect and so clear. Perfect Size for my small living room. Some TV programs look destorted but I think that is the service and not the TV because when I play a 4K Blue-ray it looks FANTASTIC!

Great Image from 480p to 4K. Only complaints is the image deteriorates at an angle so u must be centered with the tv in order to not have washed out colors or lighter colors and light bleeding around the sides of the tv when displaying a black screen with a small lit image in the corner(like a loading symbol on your gaming console for example) which is to be expected with an edge lit display. Overall good buy

I love the clarity and the speed of this television. I also like the quality choices of standard, dynamic, movie or natural quality. This helps when watching a variety of shows to minimize the "soap opera" effect. The speed of the internet-based services such as Netflix and You Tube is superb.

This TV is packed with all The goodies , excellent picture and the sound quality is great as well. I have one plasma and three LCDs that I purchased before the smart TV era this is My first smart TV wish I would have went to Best Buy long ago, I guess I didn't know the advancement in technology
