I bought this TV as a black Friday purchase. I saved originally $400 and thought this was the best one on the market within my price budget. Color is good on it, but the clarity isn't exactly what it looks like in the store. A lot more grainy even with running high speed 4k hdmi cables. 3 months into having the TV, the backlight got burned out and had to get a replacement. I only watch TV for a couple hours a day after work which is what I found weird. Samsung did fix it really fast with the manufacturer warrenty. A lot of the apps will crash trying to stream from them and I also have to manually unplug my TV to restart it. I definitely am not as satisfied with this product as I should be, but it gets me by as a new better TV than my last.

This is a great TV, Samsung's best model, Unlike other TVs this one has class, solid stand, solid color, solid sound, the best your money can buy and there's no better place to get it than Best Buy.

I went from a 40 inch UHD tv to this 55 inch SUHD tv. It looks huge compared to what I had. The colors and the picture are awesome. My son saw the picture and bought the same tv he liked it so much.

The picture on this TV is amazing provided you have an service provider broadcasting in 4K. Even the HD channels are fantastic. Set up was a breeze although HBO is a bit temperamental. Planning on getting the 65" version once I complete my media room.

This TV was purchased for 1299 and 10 days later went on sale for 999... I brought the receipt back to the best buy and they gave me the sale price so I got money back..... This tvs picture is amazing on my amazon fire tv and my PlayStation 4 pro.

This TV is amazing. Beautiful colors and great size(a lot bigger in person than I thought it would be). I bought it with a PS4 Pro and I love that it lets you know when a game is using HDR. Would definitely recommend it and glad I made the investment.

Upon opening the box was very well put together instructions were simple on assembly love the dango Sam sans put together a very excellent remote once you get used to it TV is highly recommended picked it over the LG due to no blur motion during sports

This Samsung is worth the extra cost over a basic UHD Samsung or any other TV. It has the best picture and was among the widest viewing angles I could find in LCD TVs. It is extremely thin and the narrow metal bezel is cool too. Worth every penny.

fantastic picture. makes tv experience something to experience, not just watch. very pleased with purchase. only drawback is the absence of RCA type jacks so I also needed to purchase a new stereo monitor, blueray, etc as all connections are hdmi.

This is a great tv. Certainly an upgrade from the plasma that I had for almost 10 years. Like that I am I have the ability to access the streaming services right on the tv. Something I had to do with another device with the old tv. Picture is great.

My wife and I both love this TV. It has an outstanding picture and sound. Many TV's have terrible sound, but this one is good even without a soundbar. It was on sale just before Super Bowl which made it a Super Buy! Very happy with this purchase.

It's great! Image is clear, sound is great! Not sure what the store employee was saying. He said that the sound would be terrible, but now I am pretty sure he was saying that just so we would get a sounder. Glad we didn't! The sound is great!

I love the brilliant, true-to-life colors on my new Samsung television I just purchased at Best Buy! The picture is super clear! And the 55-inch diagonal size is perfect for my master bedroom!

I would recommend this product. Great picture and easy to use.

Haven't had long to write an extended review but the picture is beautiful! Only issues I've found so far are some blur when lower quality video feeds are being enhanced and for some reason there is letter boxing for some movies whether I'm streaming from my VuDu or using the actual blu-ray discs where there were none on my old Samsung Plasma.

I bought my 4K TV Samsung 8000 series / 55 ' inch size. I have been using it for Netflix, You tube mainly and don't have cable at home. It plays Netflix channels very well and you would really love watching the distinct colors. At times, I do see that it takes the Netflix screen to get set as when you tune to a channel, its still little bit blurry. I found it not very great with you tube videos though as many videos on you tube cause screen to fluctuate so much that I can not fathom watching them and have to switch to a different channel. As far as looks go, it is pretty flat and easy to configure / get started. Remote is very smart and you will get used to it right away. I did not find any dard space on the sides related issue.

This TV has a picture with an almost 3 dimensional quality. Further the sound is better than I expected from a TV. While I have a Bose audio system which I used routinely with my previous TV, I only now use it for dramatic or musical offerings.

I have had this TV for two months and have no complaints about it. The picture quality is great and the menus are easy to use. I bought this right before Super Bowl and found it on sale for $999! It was worth upgrading to the 8 series.
