I wouldn't consider this tv budget friendly, but the saying is that you truly get what you pay for. In the case of this Samsung Quantum Dot 4K, 240 motion rate tv, I am more than happy with this purchase. First off, the tv looks beautiful in my living room. The sleek and slim design, the quality of the picture to ALL other tvs, the ease of setup, the capabilities of this tv, speaks for itself. I tried out 3 other tv's including Vizio 4K 120 motion rate, an LG 120 motion rate, and the samsung curved 4K 120 motion rate before I locked in this tv. I consider this tv a tier down from OLED, but through my eyes it can be seen as a perfect fit. 1000% reccommend to serious home entertainment buyers.

I went to Best Buy to purchase another Samsung model, but changed my mind from the UHD to SUHD. I'm happy that I made the change for a difference of $200 because the picture quality is phenomenal.

This tv had the most bang for the buck and am impressed with its flow and picture is phenomenal! Only thing better would be the same model, larger size, but 55 was a perfect fit above the mantle.

Very light and thin. It's somewhere in the middle as far as picture quality. Better than those found in the big box stores but not as stunning as the next higher end models (9000 series). It would look great in any room especially when paired with the Samsung 8500 4K blu ray player.

Picked this up on Black Friday deal for under $1,000. I am sure people will point at areas where this TV falls short compared to high end TVs. However, for the price, this is a quality television.

Picture is stunning on this set and I can't say I've ever seen a television achieve such brightness even in direct sunlight. Even though the TV is edge lit, it still does an admirable job with the local dimming effect. As many reviews mention, the off angle viewing isn't the greatest, but it isn't a problem in my setup. I only notice it if I'm walking in or out of the room. The "smart" remote is responsive and quick, but lacking many commonly used buttons and has no number keys. I use a Harmony One so this isn't a huge issue, but worth mentioning. My biggest gripe is in the mounting options. I have mine on a cantalievered wall mount and the TV seems to be unable to hold its shape as it uses some unusual pegs to hold the bracket to the back since the back of the TV isn't flat. When looking at the side of the TV it almost looked slightly tweaked (not flat across) until I made some adjustments to my mount. This wasn't a problem with my old glass LG television.

I love the image quality of this television. I also rather enjoy the simplicity of the included universal remote. The Samsung "One Plug" is awesome in making connections easy, and hidden from sight.

This was my first flat screen TV. Wanted to go 4K for the future. Great Set. Very easy to navigate and love being able to send pictures/videos from my phone to the TV....and from the TV to my phone!

After doing some research I purchased this TV on sale. Very pleased with the PQ, feel with this set you get the best bang for the buck. Sound is not the best however, would recommend a sound bar.

I have had this tv for a few weeks now and i have to say it has the best picture i have ever seen. The only reason i didnt give a 5 star rating is because you cant just put in a channel number and go to that channel unless it was picked up in the auto tune. Other than that great tv.

This is a great tv especially for sports once the settings were adjusted. All the movies and sports are so incredibly clear it almost looks like you are watching through a window and not a tv

2nd TV purchase since football season started, the other TV we purchased didn't have a good enough motion rate.. this TV has a GREAT picture and color, The size is perfect for our living room.

My first Samsung was a 50"DLP that lasted 10-1/2 yrs. I did change the lamp myself two times but decided that it was time to upgrade. We have enjoyed the picture on this new Samsung SUHD.

Best 4K UHD HDR-10 TV on the market unless your looking for a LG OLED. Even then the price and potential burn-in may sway you. This is the best model for 4K HDR gaming and videos.. BUY NOW!!!

We enjoy our tv a lot. would highly recommend. This is our first Samsung tv, we own all sony TVs. our sony's have lasted and still work, if this one lasts as long, we will buy more Samsungs.

I replaced my old Vizio please series with this TV and I love it. The interface is the best of any smart tvs I have owned and the picture is fantastic. Speakers are above average as well.

TV has amazing picture quality for its price. Images look incredible and flow very smoothly. Colors pop and interface is very user friendly.

Great picture and sound. Had a 50 in LG plasma tv before this purchase and it is like night and day of a difference. The movies look like you were there when the filming took place live.

Was looking for a TV with all the bells and whistles and found this this one is the right one. Very pleased with the picture. Added a sound bar to round off the perfection that I desired.

When I initially read the reviews about this TV I had great expectations. When I bought this this TV exceeded all my expectations. Amazing TV.
