Takes up to 30 min. for tv to turn on

Television worked great for the first few days then we started noticing that all of us were having issues with it actually turning on. 3 weeks later it is taking as much as 30 minutes for the television to turn on. Have googled this problem and seems to be capacitors. Not impressed at all!!! Returning the television to Best Buy.
