I have the Samsung 50" in the downstairs, but needed another decent sized TV upstairs. This 55" is amazing- color, sharpness, size. A sweet deal. I added a Samsung soundbar w/subwoofer and it really rounds it out nicely.

Great picture quality but TV volume could be better.

The setup couldn't have been any easier. I decided to buy a Samsung sound bar with this TV. Fantastic decision. Bluetooth connection to the TV. Looks and sounds fantastic!

I waited on this TV to go on Holiday sale for 6 months! LOVE the size and the excellent pictures. Watched my first movie on it last night. The difference is amazing!

This Samsung 55"TV has excellent color & a great picture. Since I had Samsung TVs before it was really easy to learn how to use this one. Geek Squad set up this new TV & demonstrated how to use the "smart" TV part.

Bought Samsung before. The sales person at the store was a Samsung expert and walked me through all the options before deciding on this model. Couldn't be happier with the product and the purchasing experience!

The Samsung SUHD TV is a beautiful unit , it is easy to install and has a gorgeous picture quality . The smart hub feature is a plus , and sound quality without any added hardware is very good , it's a winner !

We bought this beautiful Samsung TV at a great sale price. It's our second Samsung TV purchased at Best Buy. We were so impressed with the first one, we bought this one for our daughter (who is thrilled - and spoiled).

I upgraded from a Panasonic HDTV and couldn't be happier. The image quality is stunning, the latency for gaming (both using a PC and a PS4 Pro) is super low (excellent!!) and I'm overall super satisfied with it.

New Samsung has external box for HDMI connections. One HDMI port is intermittent. Selections at bottom of screen not the best to deal with. My older SAMSUNG TV's were easier to deal with. Remote unit too small and identification of functions hard to read in dimly lit room. Other than those items a good TV.

I researched a number of the new 4k TV models before buying. This one was rated very highly and its actual performance does not disappoint. Top of the line 4k model.

Delivery was quick. TV was setup in minutes. And the screen is vibrant and all the apps work great to connect to streaming TV and live TV. Absolutely love it!!

I did a lot of research before pulling the trigger on this Beauty!!! Worth every penny!!!! I use it for streaming, gaming , HD TV viewing!!! NO LAG, especially GAMING!!! This is a great edition to anyone's home!!

I bought this tv for the great reviews I read about its ability to display video games well. What really impresses me is its interface with services such as YouTube, Netflix, and Amazon prime. Highly recommended

So I was very hesitant at first about making the huge leap to 4K for a television, because of everything pretty much needs to be upgraded at that point. This TV sold me on that and I haven't looked back since.

While I do think this is a great TV, it is not without issues, the type of issues I wouldn't expect from a TV with technology such as this one. My number one gripe is that this TV is hazy from virtually anywhere but center/slightly off center viewing. It's a backlighting issue, which yes, I have tried repeatedly to find the right backlight setting. Some may say this problem is with cable TV not being caught up with the technology yet. But I all I know is my plasma before this did not have this problem and looked almost as good. When watching 4K broadcasts (Netflix) or higher def media (Blu-Ray) it looks PHENOMONAL from every direction. But if your primary viewing is cable TV, beware of it's shortfalls in this area. All-in-all a great TV, but again, I wasn't expecting the type of issues I have had with a TV that cost this much.

Nice clarity on the display. Its like your almost there at times. We've been very satisfied with the quality. You may need to get a sound bar fully appreciate everything as a whole for the sound does not equal the quality of the picture.

I knew I wanted a Samsung but brands like LG and others have made me hesitate. It was only after going into the store and seeing other 4K TVs did I decide that Samsung still has everyone beat. Also, the '16 model is fast to turn on and Smart Hub is easy to use. I am knocking 1 star for lack of app selection!

Television has very vivid and sharp images. Compared to my previous 4K Vizio this leaps and bounds higher in quality and design. The aesthetics are also very sleek and fit in with a contemporary aspect.
