Quantum Dot technology is awesome, voice activated remote is way more than i expected. This tv is so crisp it makes movies you've seen before look different. Now i have to build a collection of 4k dvds!!!

This TV is awesome! It was very easy to set up. I purchase a Bose Soundbar System too and had to contact Samsung Customer Service for assistance. They were able to log into my TV and set everything up for me.

Great tv that does everything the ads say it can do. Only problem we can find, is the feet are a little short, so our soundbar blocks the tv from getting remote signals. Other than that great job Samsung.

This has been the best TV I have owned. The image is one of the best for the price. Looks great when playing my Xbox one. Bought this when it was on sale but I would definately recommend this model.

Exceptional vividness. The Samsung OneConnect was unnecessary for me, as I only have 1-2 cords max, but it's a nice way to get most of your wires hidden. Nice customization options regarding picture.

Bought this set about a month ago and love it. It has an amazing input lag at 20ms, so gamers take notice. The picture is great, especially once you have adjusted settings. Highly recommend this tv.

Absolutely love this tv! Brought it home the first time and unfortunately it didn't work (which is Samsungs fault... not Best Buy.) but Best Buy gladly switched it out for me and now I use it daily!

This TV is incredible - the picture is outstanding and insanely clear, then apps are great and the universal remote pretty much works for everything on there. I can't say enough good things about it.

Samsung has done an amazing job with this tv the full back lit led make the world of difference! Rich deep colors and vibrant hdr, own 3 other 4k tv's and this and my ks9000 are hands down the best!

I love this tv but was disappointed that 1.5 weeks later it was on sale for 999.99 after I purchased it for 1299.99. I did have to contact customer service with assistance twice and they were great!

To be honest, I did get this tv on the open box selection, and of course once I got home I expected everything! Overall the quality was amazing, and no damages or scratches

Best gaming TV I have found. I play games a few hours a day and like this better then even the newer model. I wish I could buy another just in case something happens to this one in the future!

We had so many problems in our short time with this supposedly fancy TV. While the picture was great and it's a nice TV when working, there were some serious usage problems that plagued us from the very beginning until the TV completely stopped working only 2yrs 4mo's in. 1. The WiFi was always unreliable, would be fine one day and the next wouldn't work at all (which was about 50% of the time), which apparently is a common problem with Samsung TVs after doing a little research. 2. The sync'ing with our Bose sound bar was also inconsistent, I had to reset each a few times during the two years. Granteded, perhaps this was a Bose issue, but considering the other problems I've had with this TV, Samsung doesn't get the benefit of the doubt here. 3. The end came a few weeks ago when the TV started going into a continuous on and off cycle every second or so, rendering the TV useless after only 2rs and 4 months. I'm used to TVs lasting for at least 5 yrs, so this is super disappointing. After researching it seems this is a common issue with Samsung TVs and particularly this model. After submitting a ticket Samsung referred me to a local repairman, who was actually really helpful. He was familiar with the issue, saying it was either the motherboard ($380 fix) or the motherboard plus another major component ($900 total repair; I don't remember the other component name, but probably the power supply). Since the TV cost a little more than $1000, we decided to just replace the TV with a new one. Needless to say, this has been a very disappointing experience. Samsung has a relatively good reputation, but clearly quality for an expensive TV just isn't there. I'm done with Samsung and switching to a different brand. Hopefully the other brand will fare better.

If you're a casual tv watcher, extreme movie expert or a hardcore gamer, this tv is for you. I'm a gamer and input lag is important to me, but with 20ms in gaming mode there's little to no lag.

We bought this TV as our previous one gave out on us after 7 yrs. This TV is perfect, modern and useful. I like how there are apps and how I can easily stream my Galaxy phone to the TV.

Great TV, wished I was told that all connections are hmdi before I bought it..nothing attaches to the tv..my dvd player..my sony surround sound system..not even the vcr...lets not forget the wii

went from a 9 year old Sony 1080P 46" to this 55", mostly just for the added size, but have been amazed with the 4K experience, plenty around now on YouTube, Netflix and my new Samsung 4K player...

A heavy amount of time and research went into my decision on the KS8000, and I couldn't be happier! Paired up with the Xbox One S, 4K is stunning and seriously brings new life to games and movies.

My first TV delivered had a defective connection at the TV with the Samsung One Connect cable and was returned for a new replacement TV. The second TV has been great with.no defects. Love it!!!
