I purchased a Samsung TV based on reviews by other owners and my past experience with Samsung for the quality and reliability of their televisions. You can buy less expensive tv's but you won't the same quality.

This set replaced a 10-year-old plasma set that failed. There is simply no comparison in image and sound quality and it's so easy to set up. The products really have improved markedly in the past couple of years.

Did not realize what truly outstanding picture quality was until we installed the Samsung. Easy to wall mount (if you a very careful) and configure. Picture quality great regardless of the ambient light.

The picture quality of the display is phenomenal. I have no complaints about the color, refresh, or special viewing modes. I have a gripe about the apps and how they run. As a Xfinity Customer with an HBO subscription, I can not use the built in HBO app, and instead must use HBO Go. Which required me to create a Samsung account, and then install the app, then I had to log in and authenticate, etc. This is a chore with the remote as you have to keep clicking over on the center dial. Then the TV updated, and it blanked me out of my accounts, which required me to again get HBO, Vudu etc set up, signed in etc. The last update however locked me out of HBO go on this set, but not my other smart television from Samsung. I am trying to be patient as there are worse things in life than having to use the Comcast On Demand menu, but I am still annoyed.

If you can afford it go for the 8000 series. Got this for a bedroom so I wasn't concerned so much about it but if you want this for your main TV you can't go wrong with this either. Very nice picture.

The TV is great! The picture is so clear it feels like the people are in the room with you. Would definitely recommend!

this is luxury to me to see such clear details and the sound is great too. I even like the remote...if a 70 yr old female can say that :). Nice to have a TV I like and that my young friends like too.

This tv was suggested by the salesman. It is by far the best TV I have ever had. Picture is awesome, very clear even when watching old shows or movies. Its like being in a theatre watching a movie.

I was going to purchase the 8000 series, but It was to expensive. I'm very happy with 7000 series. Clear, crisp, bright picture. My only complaint is the plug in, in back of the tv seems loose...

Bought this TV after I got a xbox for Christmas and realized my old tv wasn't cutting it. Amazing picture and quality. I was amazed with the sound that came out of it too. Definitely recommend!!!

We love shopping at Best Buy for many things. The latest was our new TV & what a wonderful price it was! The salesman showed us several different brands & we choose the Samsung!! Well done Best Buy!!!

This tv was an upgrade. It's phenomenal! I can't begin to explain all the bells and whistles because I can't get over how beautiful the picture is. Definitely a great buy. I'm totally satisfied.

The size is perfect for an average size living room. Amazing picture and with the sound bar it is an excellent option for a home theater without having to overspend or have too many components. The remote is not very intuitive but works well.

thinnest and lightest thing I've ever seen after putting the mount on the wall it was so simple to put the tv up on the mount and positioning it was great, I just love it and so does the family.

Once TV was set up, I was able to switch between regular TV, Netflix, Amazon and play DVD's with ease. I also can sit on the couch and watch without my glasses, a plus because I never know where I left them. Very happy with my purchase.

The TV is fully loaded with smart apps for streaming viewing a wide variety of programs. Outstanding picture, color and clarity are really sharp.
