It took us 3 visits from geek squad because the wrong parts kept being ordered so I finally went to the store and purchased this one. So far this one is working tho the power cord does come loose. The picture is good but I don't like the remote

Did a lot of research before buying this model to replace our old Samsung TV, and we hit the jackpot. Cannot say enough good things about this model. We are a Samsung household, and this TV fits right in with the quality we expect from them.

Best Bang for the Buck

I listened to the expensive, high dollar sound bars. But when I listened to this Samsung it sounded just as good and was way less than the lower end of my budget. Great for movies, music..Would recommend this to anyone.

The 4k picture is great

The TV itself is great except you can only have 1 remote that does all functions .Some control items can be controlled the Comcast XR5 remote.

I was really impressed with the picture quality in the store, but that's because they have it running at peak. I'm sure if some changes I could get it to where it needs to be. Just need to take the time to do it.

Sound is good, but if you really want to enjoy it I suggest getting a home theater audio system of soundbar. I would highly recommend this TV. Great buy at a good price.
