We bought it for Christmas and so far it has been good, there is only one reason I don't give it 5 stars. It does not have a RGB AV input, My DVD player does not have an HDMI out put. When connecting it with the addator the DVD don't play in color. There is nothing wrong with the DVD player is just the configuration.

Bought this tv the weekend of black Friday and got a good deal on it. Very happy with picture quality and ease of use. I spent a couple hours going through the menu and settings and fine tuning everything. It is very customizable. Very happy with the purchase.

We went in for 2 40" tvs and the salesman was very knowledgeable about the products and not pushy. We ended up with a 55" 4K uhd, all the bells and whistles, and a 40" smart tv. Got a great deal, had everything in stock. We couldn't have been happier

The picture on this TV is great. The remote is sometimes unintuitive and the "smart" part of the TV seems to outsmart me at times, but the picture is worth it. I am running the sound through a Bose soundbar so I won't comment on the sound quality.

coming from a line a Mitsubishi tv sets over the years switching to Samsung was a no brainer, great features like the HDR black that when it comes to enjoy dark backgrounds like sports in general or movies etc. and the rest of many features to watch.

Only thing negative is volume level! Suggest you plan on buying a Sound Bar to totally enjoy it and give It 5 Stars! You noticed over past several years that prices have dropped and the way they do that is to cut back on the Audio. You will be back for Sound bar! Minimum of $200 & could be $1000.

We just bought a 55" Samsung LED TV to replace our 42" LG Plasma TV we bought at Best Buy several years ago. We are really enjoying the larger screen and improved picture with the newer technology. Best Buy has been great in helping us with decisions on the right TV and sound bar to meet our needs!

I love this TV. I had originally purchased a Sony and had lip sync issues with every input, especially when using around bar. So I returned it for this TV and have had no issues since. Plus, it's the only TV I have seen with HDR for under $1,000

Decent picture overall buta little choppy during fast action scenes. Wireless streaming could be more reliable and the Amazon Instant Video App is FOREVER inoperable... Not sure why

I am very happy with the purchase of Samsung UN55KU7000FXZA. The picture is sharp and the color vivid. The television was easy to set up and it is great to have a wifi enabled television to stream a variety of entertainment. My one disappointment, the television does not have a swivel stand.

Delivery included connection; but not provided.Delivery people were not courteous. They were also provided incorrect contact phone #. I had to call an outside consultant to set up the TV Prio to purchase store salesperson claimed there was no set up neede The control was only simple on & off

Samsung never disappoints when it comes to televisions. I think it is the best brand for televisions. The user interface is very friendly compared to other brands. It was very simple to setup the apps and the resolution is impeccable!

This product is coming into my possession is the great result of some solid black Friday 2016 hunting. Extremely happy with the purchase. Couldn't of done better at the time. I would of done 5 stars but there is(are) Ad(s) on screen when trying to choose a smart app, which is annoying AF.

It has a great picture, but you have to be almost in front of the TV. If your are too much on one of the side the screen seems wash out. There are not too many connections as I would like to have, three hdmi and one composite. The picture upscale is really good. It is a nice TV.

The TV is great. I like it alot. My one issue is that we got one with the 1st HDMI port broken, with a brand new, non-open box purchase. It plays Video, but it doesn't produce sound. And it doesn't read all HDMI cords. We tried to replace it with another cord we already own.

This is our second Samsung tv and we could not be happier. The picture quality is amazing and set up was a breeze. This tv also has a web browser aside from apps which allows for streaming. I would highly recommend this tv!

Picture quality is nice. Remote control is rather weird and compared to most other TV remote controls it's not very intuitive. I like the TV but I'm only giving it 2 stars as it is only 4 years old this month and the right vertical quarter of the screen is darker than the rest of the screen. At first I thought it was a shadow but it is not. Plus the TV doesn't get much use during the summer and for the past 2 years only about 30 hours a week in the winter.

Majority of my tv usage is with apps, more specifically, Spotify, Pandora, Netflix and Hulu. When the tv is powered on for more than 2 hour, I start to experience a lot of lagging. I didn't have this problem when I was connected to Apple TV. The picture quality is incredible on this tv but it is not fun when I am listening to music or watching a show and it begins to lag. Sometime I have to close the app out and reopen for it to perform well for an hour before it starts up again. It's definitely not my internet connection because I don't have this problem on any other device in my home.

This television is used in a computer lab. The HDMI outlets are used for a set top cable box, apple tv, and laptop connectivity. The refresh rate is great, which makes viewing movies and sporting events enjoyable.

The overall picture on this TV is really great. We are keen on the crispness and color range that we get even with 1080p programming. The ease of navigation and corresponding app make this a great value.
