This model we were told when we returned it has a slow refresh rate compared to the more expensive models. During fast action movies it produced a jittering effect say if a character in the movie is running. Couldn't stand it so returned to the store and got the better Samsung.

I believe the problem is in the voice activation settings. Geek Squad set up the TV in my home. I spoke with the Geek Squad tech (Brandon Russell) on the phone. He didn't know how to fix the problem. He said he would research it and call back. He has not called back and the weird female voice is still there. Very annoying.
