    Great picture when watching something bright but when the movie or show goes to something dark the screen gets blotchy and almost has the look of a cartoon or animated film. Very disappointed

    Original salesman told me their was no issues got home and there was no remote. I got home opened everything set the tv up on the stand. Again I asked if there were any problems and he repeatedly stated there was no issues

    Not even a year and led bulb blew. Out $900. Don't buy this tv. Go with another Samsung tv or brand. Get a series 8 or better in the Samsung line

    I LIKED THE TV BUT THE ONLY THING I DIDNT LIKE WAS THE FRAMING ON THE TV. WHEN I WANTED TO TAKE IT OUT OF THE BOX IT FELT LOOSE SO I LEFT THE TV IN THE BOX AND RETURN THE TV FOR A SONY ONE WHICH I LOVE

    I GUESS FOR THE MONEY THIS COST NOW; IT'S AN OKAY PRODUCT. WE PAID MORE FOR OURS AND THE PRICE WENT DOWN DRAMATICALLY IN A YEAR. WHAT WE DON'T LIKE IS THAT THE PICTURE IS JUST OKAY; THE MENU IT SUPPLIES FROM SPECTRUM IS REMARKABLY DIFFERENT THAN OUR OTHER TELEVISION AND WE LIKE THE OTHER MENU MUCH BETTER (IT HAS TO DO WITH HOW THE TV READS THEIR INFORMATION) AND FINALLY WE DON'T LIKE THAT IT DOES NOT HAVE AN INTERNET/WEB FEATURE. YOU HAVE MANY APPLICATION CHOICES JUST NOT WEB INTERNET.

    I feel like this tv is way overpriced only because the visual quality for the price should be just as good if not better then my tv from 5 years ago yet it doesn't beat it.

    Not advertised anywhere that I noticed but only ONE HDMI has HDR. The other two are standard UHD. Kind if sucks for someone like me who has an Xbox one s and a PS4 pro.

    This is a very expensive TV. It comes with a pedestal that doesn't swivel. For real. Seems unimaginable, but it's true. You can not swivel this TV. What a joke. I normally give every product I buy a 5 star rating, unless it doesn't work. Do not buy this TV. If there was a -0- star, I would have given it a complete and total -0-
