Sound is not consistent when viewing different channels but the picture is very good.

We had a Sony TV previously that was very satisfactory but we love our new Samsung!!! We prefer the flat screen and it is the right size for our family room!!! We did not wall mount it but simply set it on an existing antique piece of furniture!!! It looks great with an excellent picture!!!!

The TV is the right size for our room and the display is fantastic. Set up was extremely easy and the internal speakers are great...we have not needed to purchase a separate sound bar.

I purchased this as an open box at a heavy discount and I did not setup right away. The one connect system was a big problem the fiber cable was broke ,even though was passed 30 days ,customer service at best buy offered to return or repkace wire which on there site is 199.$ ,so I opted for the wire since I mounted it on the wall well the one box and remote were defective I emailed Samsung within 4days had a new setup and tv is awesome the smart hub on tv is amazing .So samsung customer service was great even though they have sone bad reveiws but most of all the customer service at bestbuy in worcester MA was awsome to work with

The Geek Squad did a tremendous and fast job installing the Samsung QLED TV (QN55Q7FAMFXZA). I do not recall the name of the technician. However, he is a young Asian gentleman who is very knowledgeable and professional. I would like to have him again if I ever need service support.

Love the TV! Great pic, color, size, ...it turned out to be a perfect for my den area. I did have to buy a sound bar because the sound quality was not as robust as I expected

Gives a great picture - as things are today. I am going to have it calibrated once I run it as is for a couple months. I believe the picture can be even better but it is good as is. No glare problems at all. A soundbar is a sound investment.

The tv is fantastic. The colors are amazing. The menu and ease of control is fantastic. It learns whatever you connect and allows you to control it. The apps are easy too.

Bought this as my main TV and it works flawlessly. The picture quality is amazing and was easy to set up. The picture fills the whole screen with hardly any bezel.

The qled TV with the high dynamic range has an exceptional picture quality. I love the hub for all the USB and HDMI cables makes it way easier to set up on the wall.

I bought this tv as a gift and an upgrade from our previous Samsung tv. I love the ease of the menus, the picture and sound quality. The sleek design is also a plus.

Upgraded from a 2012 Samsung1080p 3D LED. Love the colors. The 4K view is fantastic. Fast processor and very easy to navigate in between settings, inputs, and apps.

This TV is everything they claim it to be, It has a great picture, easy setup and the packaging is very good. The sound is Poor, but a new soundbar fixed that

Very happy. Very small profile hanging on the wall. Excellent picture which truly minimizes glare. Location receives a lot of outside light but little glare.

We really like the TV. However, we got home and had some challenges with setting up the sound bar package due to a lack of technical prowess on our parts. Maybe an easy to reach phone number available for questions following the purchase of electronics? Otherwise a great experience. Person assisting was friendly, knowledgeable and patient.
