Great TV, and a great brand. Still have my old samsung TV that I bought in 2008, and haven't had a single issue with it. I have no doubt that this TV will offer the same reliability.

Although this is the 2017 version the picture quality in this Samsung model is much sharper than the Sony equivalent. I purchased this even though all my HD TV's have been Sony and I also purchased the Samsung 8500 4K blue ray player to go with it. The sound and motion capture in this tv is great and it really makes all 4K dvd movies come to life. This is by far the best tv picture and sound I have seen in quite a while.

I'm very happy with my purchase. Though it was based on my own research more so than sales staff. Though super knowledgeable, each one had their own "favorite" brand that they really tried to push, rather than giving a good comparison between products (this said, the Best Buy web site does an excellent job of this). Love my new UHDTV - very pleased.

Although the tv did not work upon set up, I called Samsung and told them the issue with the TV. They did not hesitate, nor grill me, but sent a replacement invisible cord a connection box out to me. Once received, I was able to get my new QLED TV up and running within minutes with an easy set up and walk through prompts. Now, I still can't get over how awesome the picture is. Simply, this TV is it for me and I am thrilled.

This is a very good choice for anyone. I love Samsung products but I believe this is their best yet. You will not be disappointed if you select this item for your next TV.

Picture quality is superb. Sound is great. Very sleek. A bit pricey though.

So far so good. This is not the top of the line, but it is an excellent TV. The picture is 3D like and the TV has plenty of features. I can't comment on the ease of set up because the Geek Squad did it. I added a sound bar so I also can't comment of the TV's stock sound. Very happy with the TV. The store's sales people were knowledgeable, and helpful with finding the right TV for my budget. The Geek Squad was great.

We had waited patiently for years to purchase the perfect TV. After countless new televisions coming out, we were immediately impressed with the high quality that Samsun QLED TV has. I am a professional photographer so detail and color variation are very important to us. You will NOT be disappointed. We feel like we are watching everything in natural 3D. We highly recommend. It's worth every penny.

The tv itself is great, I recommend changing the picture setting to standard or dynamic from its original store setting. The Apps are not updated, we had to call Amazon and Netflix to install new firmware before the Apps worked.
