The remote is easy to use! The picture is great! Now just need a wifi extender

TV works great, picture perfect, easy to use menu. Remote is awful. Remote did not stay paired but about five minutes. Samsung sent another remote. Same problem with second remote. Samsung sent a third remote and this one works, thank you Jesus! Would be nice if remote buttons lit up and weren't flat. Keyboard on remote would also have be nice.

This tv is amazing. The colors are very crisp. The blacks are very black.

This is my third Samsung HDTV purchase. This QLED TV performs very well in all aspects. The Smart Hub, One Remote Control and Auto Detection of attached devises are especially nice features, but note that there are no analog connections available. I looked at OLED sets, but did not find any performance differences that justified their higher cost.

Viritually wireless. Great picture, clean remote, and Samsung beats LG and Sony for design and quality anytime.

I had originally went in to purchase an OLED TV but after talking to the sales rep and looking at the QLED TV the choice was obvious. This TV has amazing color and picture. Using a separate box for the connections really simplifies access to the TV. I would highly recommend this tv while on the higher end of the price scale it is well worth the money.

I purchased this TV for my bedroom. I am glad I did. The color is clear and crisp. I sometime jump because the picture is so real and in your face. It is connected to my DirecTV and it takes a minute for picture to pop in after being turned on. With the Wi-Fi built in, I can now watch Netflix and Amazon from bed. This is great. I love this TV!!!

Love this smart Samsung t.v. color & sound are the best

Arrived at Best Buy, went with a Sony. Took it home... didn’t like the operating software at all. Took it back and man I’m I glad I did. This Samsung is unreal. If your a gamer like I with an Xbox One X or a movie watcher, this tv will amaze you. Thanks Best Buy staff of Tallahassee for the awesome service and I’m a customer forever.

This our second flat screen and the 4K makes it the best by far. If you’re looking to upgrade your tv take a close look at this.

TV color is great and TV operates with just one remote.

There is a huge drastic difference between this tv and other tv’s I’ve come across, especially when traveling on business and staying in hotel rooms. There’s just no comparison. Its really incredible. The only regret is I wish I purchased a bigger tv!
