My husband luvs playing his games on this tv as the graphics are awesome

Awesome sounds great quality picture easy and fast to use

The quality of this TV is amazing, but it’s not compatible with Direct TV now and the remote won’t sync with Sonos speakers.

The picture on this TV is stunning, particularly with 4K content. Sound is much improved over previous 8000 series that i owned. My only criticism is that the remote, while very simple...is lacking the features that i would expect.

Great picture & sound. Only concern I have so far is I've noticed some dimming of shots when there is a lot of black. It's like it's trying to figure what it's supposed to do but can't seem to make up its mind. Generally speaking though - a very good TV.

Looked at a lot of different Sony and Samsung models, really liked several of them. I can't directly compare the OLED to the QLED, but this tv is absolutely beautiful. Great in our living room with a good amount of light coming in.

Top of the line Samsung 4kTV. Has the best black for a lcd unless you go lg old puts out more brightness and color than the samsung ks9800. hight refresh rate to for a tv. Great for the Xbox One x or the PlayStation 4 Pro or your 4k PC.

I love this tv, pic sound quality are stunning, one thing I’m not sure if doesn’t include picture in picture or I’m the only one who’s not getting how it works since on the web it shows that it has picture in picture options

Worked Perfectly right out of the box. Everything paired up with all functions, I.e cable box , tuner and Blueray. Picture quality is exceptional - even better than at the store. Sound quality using just the tv speakers is great.

Colors really pop! I really loved how the Samsung setup hid the wires coming out bottom of tv then connecting to the one connect which is a really great feature. It instantly recognize all your components plugged into it.

Best picture and value for the money we love it. We bought a second one for basement.for some reason this picture is better but still love both of them. Can’t go wrong with the Q.

Love the size, slimness, color, the movement is smooth and we really like the remote how it controls everything. I’m the one who can’t remember what every channel is so now I can just say it and it finds it for me.

if a hand book was included might have given a 5. had to call geek squad to come out to show how to use tv

I decided to upgrade my TV after getting an Xbox One X. I'm glad I did! It was well worth the money and Best Buy was willing to price match so even better! I would recommend this to anyone with HD or Gaming wants!

Holds a ton of stuff and the family hub is really cool.

Great picture with most sources, streaming 4K content is great! Overall colors are awesome, but my only gripe is some of the network shows the colors are way over done, I know it’s not the TV’s fault I can change the channel and colors are awesome again. I would buy again, still great device.
