Since this is the first version of this TV, the Geek Squad said this is a peculiar problem to this TV. We are getting a new (same) TV in the coming week. We don't buy a new style car for this very reason. First time editions sometimes have problems. We are sure tho' that Best Buy and the Geek Squad will fix the problem

However, I'm on my 3rd TV in 3 weeks. 1st one had black horizontal ghost bars, 2nd one went to black screen of death on second day. 3rd one is working great on day 4. Best Buy was great about exchanging the first two - timely and free delivery. Hopefully just weird coincidence that I had 2 lemons.
