The color is out of this world. The smart tv features work perfectly. We loved this tv until now. Less than 2 years later the lighting at the top started to dim. It covers about 1’ of the screen which is very distracting. Based on the location, you can’t deny that there is a difference on the screen lighting. After researching a fix on the tv it appears there isn’t one unless you want to pay 1-2k for repair. Most places say it’s best to just buy a new tv. This is very disappointing. This tv when bought in 2017 was 2k. It should have lasted us significantly more than 22 months. I will not buy a Samsung again.

I am not sure whether it is coming from the set itself or if it is coming from one of the components. Given the cost of the set, we are very much concerned and will likely be returning to the store for assistance. Should Best Buy stand behind the product and help me resolve this problem, I would certainly recommend to a friend.

Decided on The Samsung because it was a less reflective surface as the room the TV is in is very bright during the day. After installed in our home have to say it was certainly the right choice.

It controls my cable box and other devices even when they're hidden away together in the cabinet. I'm still figuring out how to get the right color balance for different shows. But, I'm very happy with the tv.

Great Service. The set up was somewhat easy. The instructions were not that clear but with a basic knowledge of a TV set up it was fine.

However the one connect wire is so thin that any minor damage or pressure messes it up. I went through 1 already and they are not cheap.
