    I have LG OLED and this... I'm in love with this

    I own both the newest LG 55" OLED and although I absolutely love it, I'm so in love with the form factor and software of this Samsung TV. I'm also AMAZED with the QLED display. It's 95% as good as OLED which is amazing to me!

    Expensive, but well worth the price. Slim profile, large picture area, and easy to reach place to plug in cables--option to have it sit on the shelf below the tv instead of on the back where it is hard to reach. I love it.

    We couldn't be happier with the purchase of our television. We do not have curtains in our frontroom and needed a television that we could see when it was light outside. The picture clarity is wonderful.

    The only reason I give the tv a 4 is the first qled 1 connect box was doa right out the box and I had to bring it back to the store or wait 2 weeks before they could pick it up

    Picture quality is awesome. One big drawback is the "one box". Cable from box to TV is fiber optic so you have to be very careful you don't crimp or bend cable. Only had TV two weeks and so far no issues.

    Sure the picture quality is amazing.....if you can find 4K content. Definitely not on cable. So had to subscribe to Netflix, buy a 4K DVD player and ...Have the feeling that this TV is ahead of its time

    Great tv but the only 2 issues i have is 1. when you turn it on it takes a minute for it to catch up before the menus will not freeze. 2. The remote needs to be at the right angle or it will not work.

    I bought this TV because I had the LG OLED B6P. The LG had noticeable ghosting and trails. Motion Rate was poor as well. So I returned it for the QLED 55. I currently have the Samsung 65 inch from 3 years ago, that is the best TV i have ever had, period. This QLED is the worst. I returned it immediately and got this years LG OLED instead. To say I was disappointed is an understatement since I have only owned Samsung for the last 10 years. This QLED has several glitches including not recognizing a 4k Directv box, switching back to TV speaker rather than reading signal from soundbar optical cable, motion rate is poor, and overall picture wasn't clean and clear. The colors also are nowhere near LG's. I really wanted to like this tv as I love Samsung. It should be noted i run Ethernet to everything, have all new HDMI cables, a new 4K Directv box, so nothing about what I am hooking up is the issue here. Even my fiance who knows nothing about TV's said to immediately return this and get the LG back. I hate to give a bad review here, but my hope is that Samsung will return to form again. The QLED technology is just not OLED and Samsung is not what they used to be. It should also be noted that Best Buy had nothing to do with my review. Best Buy has been great to me and I will continue to buy all appliances from them. The store on Kimble has a great team there....

    The people at Best Buy did such a great job helping me find the awesome TV. The OLED screen is remarkable and clear. It is like looking out a window sometimes.

    Newer version of Samsung, i am not so picky with TV's but this one is very convenient to install in my wall that i did not need help from anyone to install.

    Tv is great smart features are awsome. Would of gave 5 stars but the remote could have been made better for the price...... not too functional when using it on apps. Even my cheap xfinity remote lights up to the touch.

    Samsung can usually do no wrong, but I am very disappointed with this tv. My husband and I bought this tv December 2017 as our gift to ourselves. The picture is great but there is one big problem. THE REMOTE!!!! It sounds like something so small but it has caused such a problem. Apparently, their remotes are connected via bluetooth. Well it "unpairs" ALMOST DAILY! You might think, just pair it but it is so agitating when you are watching something and go to pause it only to realize the remote isn't connected anymore. And it happens at the worse time. And most of the time in it won't pair by just pressing the two buttons it tells you. You have to remove the batteries from the remote and then try it. If that doesn't work the first time you have to disconnect the entire tv and wait before reconnecting it. Worse was that we called Samsung customer service and Best Buy customer service and neither even tried to help. So we rode it through. Now its July 2018 and I have been sitting here on a Sunday afternoon trying to pair this remote BACK TO THE TV FOR THE SECOND TIME TODAY! We decided a few months back that we were done and called Samsung and they made it sound like we were making this up and sent us another remote. Well this remote did the same thing. It is our fault for waiting so long before trying to get a refund but lesson learned. We will be selling this tv and getting a new one. Even if it means losing money at the end.

    Had this TV for a couple of years, great TV for the most part. Watch out on the one connect cable. If it is damaged, then the tv will malfunction and it is easy to damage.

    This tv looks great on video games but the picture lacks in the great picture field. I’ve tried to dial this in but won’t get better I’m thinking of bring it back and trying something else.
