    After reading tons of raving reviews from other BB customers, Amazon and other sources, I thought purchasing this TV was a no- brainer. Mine had to be returned in less than 30 days. Worked fine out of the box but then began to "blink" where the screen goes off for second or two. After getting progressively worse, the TV became unwatchable as it went through repeated "crash cycles" every 30-60 seconds or so. Extended "blinks" followed by loss of audio, flashes of the color spectrum then total darkness followed by the Samsung logo as it powered back up. Store personnel said it may be that nasty "capacitor" issue again. I thought they fixed that problem back in 2012?? Exchanged for LG OLED. But when it was working, the Samsung QLED did have a beautiful picture!

    After only two years the box that connects to the TV went out. We talked so good about the clear picture and must have jinxed it. Very disappointed considering this was not an inexpensive TV. We will be going back to SONY.

    One Connect system sucks. Little piece of plastic needed to run everything breaks. $200 to replace it, after getting redirected to 3 or 4 customer services and waiting 10 min or more at each one.

    I like my new Q7, but I miss my old 8000 serie (year 2016) that had Quantum Dot and was cheaper.

    Bought as an open box. Was certified by geek quad. Well I get Home set up tv and will not communicate tv to the one connect box. So Best Buy informed me the Tuscaloosa store said I had to go thru Samsung to get tv repaired even tho u have 5 year geek squad protection on tv. Well technician came out tried to repair tv and still doesn’t work. My tv hasn’t worked in three weeks. Long story short Best Buy told me they couldn’t do anything.
