    Gets the job done for the price. Only complaint is that the OS leaves a lot to be desired. Can't Chromecast to it and limited apps which means you need an external roku or chromecast to watch Sling, Espn, etc. So what's the point in this being a smart TV

    You have to accept ads to use the TV

    It was great for a month, now you have to accept pop-up ads to use the television. Not just samsung apps, but any inputs as well. E.g. Samsung can send you ads while you're watching a blu ray movie through a separate bluray player.

    Love this tv, except for two things. The stand is a pain to set up, and it doesn't feel very sturdy or easy to turn, for such a large screen-tv. Also, within a few months, a line appeared across the picture, and the color below the line is different than the color above. I called Samsung, and there's no authorized repair shop where I live. So they're going to have to send a new one. But within two days, after talking to three people and spending a few hours on my service request, I got an email that it was cancelled. Now I have to start over, and I'm REALLY frustrated. I have no idea how they'll ship this huge tv to me unscathed.

    Finally got channels. Picture is not very clear, no matter what setting it is on. It still will not give channel info. I should have brought them back Not anywhere close to the 8 year old Samsung that it replaced.

    Stand not easy to install

    I only gave this 3 stars because it was not easy setting up the stand. You need a special screw driver. I didnt know this information until I returned it to Best Buy. I had already decided to get another brand.

    The TV picture overall is good - but the functionality of the remote control, and integrating in other devices made by Samsung is very painful. The TV is running a Linux OS, and it's very buggy. In addition, the performance of the remote and the included applications is a joke. If all you want is a pretty screen, with virtually no intuitive software - then this is your TV. Really - like their Sound Bar, I would never buy Samsung ever again

    Smart TV Not Compatible with Time Warner App

    Wanted to use smart TV to get rid of cable box. Found out when I tried downloading the Time Warner App that it is not compatible. Returned it and bought the Insignia Roku for $200 less.

    Overall it is a decent tv, but I do not feel like the picture quality is all that Samsung promotes it to be. I was expected much better quality with an SUHD designation.

    No overly impressed with this TV. It's a decent picture but it really doesn't WOW like a lot of the other 4K's you see in the store. I suppose you get what you pay for.

    Good TV BUT Samsung Pushing Unwanted Ads to the TV

    This is a great TV. I bought it from Best Buy and I got it right away. The problem is SAMSUNG is now PUSHING ads to your TV. If you do NOT "agree" with the agreement, SAMSUNG will LOCK out all the smart functions of the TV, even though we paid for NetFlix or Amazon Prime. Apparently Samsung thinks their TVs are way underpriced and needs to charge people for product we purchased with our hard earned money. Do yourself a favor and get another BRAND TV. Who wants to see ads on a TV you paid for?

    So ... it’s a good tv but we have issues with the smart tv logging out of the WiFi or apps... it’s annoying becuz our other smart tv hAs no issues

    I've been searching for a good entry TV into the 4K foray, and I think I've found it with this Samsung. The picture quality is truly incredible. Any reservations I had about upscaling 1080p content went out the window when I played my PS4 and DirecTV. This TV is truly intelligent, picking up on my PS4 during the initial setup. It had a little more trouble finding the DirecTV receiver, though I think that has to do with it not being the main home receiver. The only thing I can say negatively about the remote is that it can be a pain to scroll through the on-screen keyboard or numbers. I wish that there was a number pad on the remote, but then again I love the small form factor. I can control satellite fairly easily through the smart remote, and the TV even gives you hints as to how your cable/satellite remote translates to the smart remote. Even some basic navigation through a PS4 is possible with this thing. I'm not going to review the picture quality, mostly because I haven't spent too much time with it. From the few hours I've used it so far, I can tell you that everything is very crisp without being overly sharp. The color, saturation, and brightness are great right out of the box, and I'm sure I can improve it to my living room with some minor tweaks. One main issue I have is that my TV loses connectivity to my Wireless network every time it turns off or goes to sleep. At this point, I'm not sure if it's my wireless network or the TV itself, but I've assigned it a static IP, and I'm about to upgrade my network. Besides the minor issues with the remote and wifi, I am thoroughly in love with this TV, and it's definitely a worthy TV of the price.

    Unfortunately the tv freezes a lot, and it glitches, kicking you out of the app you may be watching a movie on. The sound is okay.
