    When viewing the display from an angle that is not directly in front of the TV, the colors and contrast changes drastically. This display also has an issue with juddering as it is 60hrz.

    This TV was to replace our 40 " Plasma also Samsung. Nothing wrong with plasma but I wanted to enjoy a bigger screen clear real color and sound. YouTube is most enjoyable now! I love watching the videos from the 80's I also have Netflix and if we're not for my husband I would cancel my cable subscription! I love the movies and series on there. Thanks Best Buy!

    I have an older Samsung TV which has better resolution than this TV. Maybe I got a lemon.

    Awful Television, Service

    I generally post positive reviews only. However my experience with this television has been so horrible, it has to be noted. My television developed a problem with the screen after about 30 hours of use. I have spent the last 8 months fighting with Samsung to replace it under warranty. I work long hours and am on call 7 days a week, so waiting several hours for a repair technician is very difficult. They assured me their service team would be able to accommodate my schedule. I was reluctant, but decided to try their repair process. Well, 8 months later, no repair has been completed. They canceled the first service request. I opened another one. They closed that one as well. My television is still broken. Best Buy said they would fix it, but it would take several weeks and I would have to take the television 50 miles to the nearest store and then wait several weeks. Not quality service on either part.

    Loved this TV, but now all the sudden the remote and apps don't work. Totally random. Some apps work, some don't. Bummed as the picture is great and was the right price.

    Remote wasn't working. It doesn't recognize the hdmi and would kick me out. Tv color was very dull color and looked like an old tv. Tv sometimes switch off and go black. Not a great experience, so had to return back.

    Ended up returning this product when I discovered that the picture quality was good only when viewed straight on. Good price, nice-looking, easy set-up....but...cannot view it at an angle. Sound was ok.

    Thought this was a great price so I picked one up. For whatever reason, it constantly kicks us off netflix and vudu. We have no problems if we load either one through our bluray player connected to this tv, but when loaded through the TV, it always fails.

    I would never recommend this TV. Unless you're sitting directly in front of the screen the picture gets washed out. Terrible. After buying a Samsung washer and now this TV I will never buy Samsung again. My fault for not doing more research.

    I haven't had my tv very long, and have had to reboot 3 times. I've spoken several times with geek squad when my remote will not open smart apps. The only way they were able to help me was by telling me to reboot tv
