Bought this TV as a cheaper alternative for a 4k TV. Price couldn't be beat. I have had previous experience with Samsung series 6 TV andifference always been happy. This TV has outstanding interface and very happy with this purchase.

Owned since Sep 2016 + Great Picture, excellent colors, no lag + Easy Setup but enough advanced geek features to satisfy + Good integration with other devices + Good Smart-TV functionality - I hate, no, double hate the remote control - So-so device software - Keeps losing the online cable/TV guide; have to unplug the TV and leave unplugged for a while, then plug back in to restore the guide - Needs voice integration for better usability

I love this TV. Picture is great and set up was a snap.

This TV might be an entry-level television for Samsung but certainly not when compared to other televisions. The colors are rich the picture is bright and the refresh rate is certainly acceptable. The audio is decent as well. if you don't want to mortgage the farm this is the set to buy. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

I have always enjoyed Samsung's 4k T.V's and this one is no different! Great all around quality

Perfect quality, beautiful colors, simple remote..

For what I paid for this Samsung TV it is absolutely gorgeous! The colors are so bright and vivid. I literally played a video game I had been playing all year on a different screen and was shocked by how much better it looked on this new TV. It was like as if I was playing a different version of the game!

The TV replaced an 11 year old 42" Samsung. The picture is incredible, clear, crisp, and the colors so very rich. The TV itself is lightweight and attractive. It is everything we expected as returning Samsung customers.

This TV has a great picture, but there isn't a lot of 4K material to watch so it's hard to get the full performance, ComcSt has limited options that support 4K so check with your provider. It's still a Great picture

The Smart TV has good Wifi and really good app. I really like the 4K display very crisp and bright. I like the web browser as it supports most of the website. ( No flash Support). I can use my USB mouse and keyboard so make the surfing very easy. The only drawback is the TV's sound is not that good. I probably will buy a sound bar soon. I would have also liked to see the TV switch to gaming mode as soon as it knows I am using the console to play games. ( i mean it knows PS4 is connected to it why can't it just change the picture mode once I switch to that HDMI. (not that smart I guess) I think 4 K are the future and as the price keep dropping I think that the content will increase significantly. Samsung makes really good screen, lets see if they are durable.

I purchased the 60" version of this TV and was blown away by every aspect of it. However, it was too large for our living room. We exchanged it for the 55" version and were extremely happy to find out that it was every bit as good as the 60". I understand that this is a lower end 4KUHD and that it does not have HDR, but I couldn't be happier with the picture, quality, features, and even the remote. It is so easy to navigate around this TV. I purchased a Sony 55" Android TV that is 4K previously for 1,299 and the Samsung blows it out of the water. No comparison.

Great TV. Packaged well, free delivery. Easy to install. Easy to get our Dish satellite. Easy to get our Netflix. Contrary to another review I read, it was easy to set up Amazon Prime. We love it!

The Good: I originally loved this TV. It turns on fast and switches inputs/channels fast, It lacks the ability to turn on via app remote. Defeats the purpose of using the app in my opinion. This is a BIG deal to me as everything else I have I can use my phone as a remote. The sound is pretty good as well when I tried it (although I use a surround sound now) The Bad: It freezes every now and then - about once a month. About 40 days after I bought it the top left corner of the bezel "popped" while I was watching it. The TV was on the stand it came with up on a shelf since the day I got it so I know nothing hit it. I assume the incident was a result of "heat warping" or clips not being properly set, This defect caused bits of plastic to be in the 4K screen. The first time I called Samsung I was on hold for 40min and when I finally talked to someone I was hung up on. I called again, spoke to someone after 25min only to have the same thing happen to me. I read that some companies do this to the calls they will be providing customer with a survey to reduce the "negative results." I contacted Samsung again ( another 1hr wait time) and they sent me to a 3rd party company to take care of it. Later I discovered that the ticket was reported for a "defective screen" rather than what it actually was. I had to redo the whole ticket process, After talking to someone else, they deemed it "impossible to happen unless physical damage was user inflicted" and "particles in the screen are not covered." I was also told that my TV was now out of ANY warranty because they have on record that it was damaged. So not only were they not going to fix a design flaw, I now have a 55" 4K TV with specs in the screen, but that it has no warranty for the electronics in it or anything to do with it. It took over a month to learn all of this. The support is not here for this product. Since it was out of warranty I had a friend help me hold it upside down as I took out a couple screws and cleared the bits of plastic with a very fine small brush. This is my first and LAST Samsung TV. I purchased a nearly identical TV for my uncle that was an LG and it's been great. I have friends that have hit their LG causing the bezel to crack (and a line of pixels to go out) and LG stood behind their product, replaced the screen for free (but he was left with a cracked bezel - his own fault), and it only took a week. 1 WEEK. There is no reason a company like Samsung cannot provide support like this, I understand that not EVERY product is going to be perfect - its impossible to have every device be perfect out of the factory; so support is very important to me. Samsung has failed me in this department. Overall, I cannot recommend this TV to anyone. If product would have not broke I wouldn't know how bad the support is. If the support would have been helpful (even if they wouldn't have fixed it), I would be on the fence about it, Since the product and the support were both bad experiences... I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE. I will be purchasing my TV's from LG and my SSD's from other sources in the future. I cannot attach pictures because they are over 5mb (a little crazy again....an ELECTRONICS company has issues with storage? I did purchase this from Best Buy and did not get the warranty through Best Buy thinking the Samsung warranty would be enough....I thought wrong.

TV was easy to set-up with added components. Picture is great, but the sound isn't. We were advised in the store that we may want to purchase a sound bar to get good sound. It is to bad that they can't make this tv with good sound.

I love the fact that this tv is slim and has a crazy picture. As is you are in the movie.

This TV was the best bang for buck. Sounds great without sound bar. Great picture quality, blurays and ps4 look awesome on this TV.

I truly love this TV. The 4K images are remarkable. I have been buying Samsung for years and have not been disappointed yet.

We were on a budget and feel like we got more for our bang. This tv is amazing!
