Time Warner Cable app not installed or compatible. Only 3 HDMI connections, no others. Unfortunately, this one's going back to Best Buy. I really do get what you pay for. Looks like this TV was specially made for Best Buy by Samsung. Thus missing a lot of features and compatibility, but worth the $ if you want a big basic tv.

This is a bit confusing since all other devices have no issues. I decided to run a hard wire and now all the apps work great! Video apps allow you to select recent shows without having to open the app. Hope the next generation smart TV's will spend the money to make the wifi reliable.

Stole this thing for $499 over the weekend to replace a Samsung 720p that's a few years old in my master. The sound and picture quality for a $499 55" 4K is amazing. The tv looks much better then my 8 month old 4K 70" Vizio in my livin room. I'm very happy with this purchase!

The picture is clear but The colors are terrible, they have the dull look of a security camera, I feel like I'm looking at an old TV. My 8 year old 1080p samsung and my 1080p Dynex colors are vivid and beautiful, 100% better than this colorwise. I'm very upset that I wasted money on this.. My other TV's were perfect right out of the box. This is garbage. I only hope I can get someone to help me take this back within 15 days. I guess you can't believe the reviews. Maybe bestbuy has too many in stock and just needs to unload them so puts up fake reviews.

The smart remote is easy to use and has helped get rid of the clutter on my coffee table. I was going to get this thing mounted to the wall but the stand it came with is sturdier than I expected.

It is great for video games and I am excited to see the 4k with the xbox one s. Love this tv, great picture and even decent sound.
