Pushed all of the buttons on the lame excuse of a remote provided. Nothing happened. Unplugged and tried again . Then the screen shuts off by itself and smoke appeared from the top of the TV. This TV did not last 5 minutes . This is the second TV I bought and returned . Tried a Sony and had to return due to a Wi-Fi issue. I do not think I will ever buy another smart TV since they seem to be problematic out of the box.

Now we are waiting for tech support to show up for repairs. Really?!! Just bring a new TV and bypass the repair. Samsung you disappoint.
