    Let me start by saying I love Samsung. I hate this TV. The viewing angle sucks and the TV has terrible brightness from those angles. If I could return the TV I would.

    waste of time

    Turned on TV the welcome screen came on and the TV froze up . Pushed all of the buttons on the lame excuse of a remote provided. Nothing happened. Unplugged and tried again . Then the screen shuts off by itself and smoke appeared from the top of the TV. This TV did not last 5 minutes . This is the second TV I bought and returned . Tried a Sony and had to return due to a Wi-Fi issue. I do not think I will ever buy another smart TV since they seem to be problematic out of the box.

    We just bought this product and it won't stay on after having it for 3 hrs. Now we are waiting for tech support to show up for repairs. Really?!! Just bring a new TV and bypass the repair. Samsung you disappoint.

    Worst tv I ever bought have had problems from day 1. My cheap piece of junk $400 westinghouse was better. Never buying one of these junks again.
