Watching this TV in UHD is like looking out your window. Crisp and clear with vibrant colors. Very easy to navigate with the remote.

We are simple users of technology and don't require extra bells and whistles. We didn't want to pay for features that would go unused. This is a great television for the price. Samsung has, and always will, be our first choice in tvs. We have 55", 50", 31", and 21" Samsung televisions in our home and none have presented problems requiring a service call.

I am enjoying my 55" tv very much. The picture quality is great. I really like the flexibility of the remote without being complicated.

This TV not only has a great picture, a remote that's smarter than the user, it gives me Web Access and so many options. I love it!

It comes with nice features! Bluetooth is always a plus! Innovative design for the remote, different but fun to use. The image of the tv is nice. Good 4k Tv for the price! Samsung never fails!

Have been enjoying this TV for over a month. 4k is great. Hopefully more shows in the future will be 4k. Good color and clarity.

Bought the 55" Samsung KU6300 on sale for $787 instead of Sony XBR710C for $900. Samsung boasted of HDR, but I later learned that this model does not have color depth to benefit from HDR. The Sony had native 120Hz while Samsung is just 60Hz. Decided to save the $100 price difference since the Samsung is a 2016 model while Sony is a 2015. After about 2 weeks of using the Samsung, I had serious buyers remorse. If you use the smart apps built into the samsung, the navigation is sluggish and it seems like the apps suspend to background instead of started fresh every time you launch them because the vudu app often has trouble establishing a network connection despite the TV being connected with ethernet cable on 50Mbps network. Three times in the first 2 weeks, the TV would stop responding and powering off would not reset things. The only fix was to pull the power cord from the TV then reinsert it to cold boot the TV. Even basic functions like update system software would sometimes mysteriously gray out in the menu selection and say feature not available now. Wtf?! Cold boot would correct the behavior, but what a pain! I would have returned Samsung for Sony, but unfortunately the Sony XBR810C has become impossible to find in stock. I decided to stop using smart apps of samsung TV and use amazon fire tv instead. Since then, no more cold boots have been needed. The Samsung remote is a pathetic piece of garbage with no number keys to select channel!? I don't think I would buy this Samsung TV if I had it to do over, but there is a significant price increase to ho to the nicer KSxxxx Samsungs and in stock Sonys. Hopefully Samsung will release bug fix software updates soon.

I'm very impressed with the picture quality, the easy set up, The value for money love it. Salesman was very knowledgeable also.

The Samsung flat screen lives up to the quality of all Samsung TV's - great picture, excellent color, and tremendous detail.

This was a deal I couldn't pass up as Best Buy dropped the proce to compete with Amazon on Prime Day. The picture is razor sharp.

Got this TV as a gift for my parents, who had a 52 inch Sony Bravia from around 2010 that was starting to go bad with ghosting images and whatnot. Bought the Samsung after buying myself a 40 inch Samsung 4k for my bedroom and loving it. They LOVE this TV! It's physically smaller than the Bravia but has a bigger screen. Picture looks great, and it works well with their setup. Great price and great TV!

Picture is fantastic! Sound is just ok, but hook it up to a surround sound and you're good to go. Easy setup and navigation.

Haven't had any issues. I love how simple it was to setup. Love the remote. Finally they made one without 100 buttons to read.
