This is our 2nd Samsung TV and they just seem to get better and better. We bought this to replace a 61" Hitachi Projection TV and I can't believe we waited so long. This picture is so crisp and clear, it's almost like you're sitting in the room with them. We're still learning all the features and how to use the Smart TV part of it but, so far, we've had a lot of fun playing with it and have LOVED watching programs on it.

I am in no way technical nor do I want to be. I'm glad this TV took me step by step for all the set up stuff although I'm sure I will not use some of its abilities. I'm glad this TV has Amazon Prime built in because my other one did not and neither did my old Apple TV. Has a good number of interfaces. The USB port is next to HDMI port which is important for things like ChromeCast. The sound is just sort of OK but you can hear some separation of the channels. Picture is really good with what appears to be a good level of watching it at an angle.

Got this open boxed TV and it was such a great investment I mean you just can't beat the price paid for it. Works great for a starter 4k tv!

When I got the 1st TV the picture was awesome. It really lived up to the hype of what they were selling. Refresh rate was great. Friends came over and complemented the picture quality. But with in two weeks, the screen would black out when I was on HDMI 1 or HDMI 2. I called Geek Squad and they said that is not natural, call Samsung so I did. After an hour on the phone and resetting the tv as stated, we came to the fact that there was a possible glitches and I had to unplug the tv to reset the tv, because it is like a computer that you need to reboot. So I did and after another week I had to unplug again to get rid of the black screen and see the picture again. So I called the Geek Squad again and they said to bring it back and I did. I got the same TV in replacement thinking I was going to get the same picture etc... Sadly not. This is supposed to be the same TV but the refresh rate is half as good as the first. It is hard at times to watch action film because of pixelization. The picture is slightly grainy, no wear near as good as the first TV. After further research, my cable company (charter) only casts in 1080P and very few movies are shot in 4k. Soo, if you do go this route, you are really looking down the road as technology advances. You won't really see the actual 4k right now.

So far very satisfied with the features and quality of the TV and the pricing at Best Buy.

Beautiful picture and easy to navigate smart remote. This is my first smart tv, so I don't have a lot to compare it to. The ultra HD is awesome!

Television was very easy to set up and program, has a great picture, is light weight. Hope it lasts at least as long as my last Samsung 42" LED.

When I bought this TV and brought it home I opened the box and realized I bought the wrong one. I thought to myself, I'm not packing it back up and driving it all the way back to return it. Low and behold I was pleasantly surprised. The picture on this thing is amazing and the built in media streaming player is great!!! Theres so many settings on it you can tweak the TV to your liking. Great buy by accident! :-)

The TV has a great picture. It was easy to get started and it is easy to use the remote.

This TV has been working great daily since purchase. It can be a bit difficult sometime when switching between modes, but you just have to learn how to use it.

This tv is very nice picture quality. I have streamed some 4K videos and they look amazing.

We bought the Samsung because our house has 3 older Samsung TVs and we have loved them. This model was for a recently renovated Living Room, and is mounted on a wall. The 4K version happened to be on sale for the same price as the non-4K version, so we got the 4K version. We're very happy with the TV quality, and hope to trip across some good 4K content soon to take full advantage of the TV features.

Amazing picture quality! The picture presets are pretty good on my 55". I find "natural" to suit my needs the best. I would say this is one of the best TV offering bang for your buck, I picked it up for a special of $550 against regular $800 which made it an even sweeter deal . Darks are deep black, probably on par with some of the more expensive TVs. Definitely deserves a spot on your checklist!
