We purchased this TV when our TV died 3 days before the Super Bowl, the price on sale fit our budget and the picture on the TV on display was very good. We knew that the HDR was not true HDR but the picture looked better than the 1080p TV we had. We were pleasantly surprised when we got it home that streaming 4K content looked as good as it did and the 4K upscale on regular TV looked great. BluRay movies through our OPPO 105D player 4K upscaled are just stellar. Overall for an entry level 4K TV it performs well.

Picture quality is good for my eyes. Sounds good for my ears. I had TVs where the speakers were under powered and putting the volume to 100% was just about the only way to overcome environmental noise. The TV remote is less than basic. I switch between TV inputs/sources often and to do that on the included remote is a few steps of navigating. No longer a push of a button then select your source. 4k budget TV but you're definitely getting more for your money than most other models. The instructions for setup are very vague, making you resort to going online to find the user manual and actually complete everything. The up scaling is awesome, it even tells you when an image (mostly on the news) isn't able to be updated. I really have zero complaints about this, and the only reason for 4 starts is because it isn't the best TV out there (no HDR, not OLED) but is definitely probably the best TV in its price category.

This is my second Samsung for two locations. Very happy with picture and set up.

I searched for quite awhile before deciding on this tv. My husband can be a bit picky, so we looked at a lot. The picture for us looks better than the LG and we have been very happy with our purchase. Of course the OLED tv was much nicer, but in this price range this tv just looks way better than the others, and we got a sweet deal on an Xbox one a console to play our 4K movies.

Out of the box this doesn't seem too good, but with a bunch of tweaking it is FAB! I spent time adjusting the picture and sound and now it's like being at the theater. We had guests for thanksgiving that were going crazy over how good the picture is and they are going to buy the same tv when they get home. I did spend time over 3 days getting it right, so spend the time...it's worth it!
