This upgrade is so much nicer. The picture is beautiful. The apps on the set and the ones that are available make this a very special opportunity for entertainment. I also like the voice control option. I am happy with my choice.

The TV was bought because of price and picture quality. The TV was one of the best buy because of the clarity and quality of the display in color and definition. We have owned several TV over the years and this one was excellent.

The Samsung 55" 2160p TV is very good it has a great picture and very easy to setup. I wish the channel changer actually had numbers on it so you could punch in the channel you want and not have to do everything on the screen.

We are very pleased with this TV purchase. Excellent picture, sound is good. Easy to set up with excellent online customer service from Samsung when I had a question about the clock set up, just used the access from the TV itself!

I recently upgraded from an lcd tv i had for the last ten yrs. The picture is fantastic. This is my first 4k, and the quality blows me away. I have recently purchased a smaller 40 inch for my bedroom. The apps are so easy to use.

This is a super cool 4k tv for anyone who wants to experience the new definition of ultra high resolution. This tv is Intended for new 4k game consoles and blueray movies. I cannot wait to enjoy more games and movies on this thing.

Knowing that 4K seems to be the future, we really didn't like just how REAL everything seems to look on screen in 4K. Flowers, running streams and the pictures they show in store are all fabulous, however, when you watch movies or series such as Sons of Anarchy and things like that, the 4K takes away from the feel of the program. Everything looks like it is shot like a soap opera is. It takes away from mystery of a drama, or the effects of the story. It is TOO REAL. Not sure if this makes sense, but I prefer for a movie to look like a movie and not like something I shot on my phone. There is such a thing as too much technology! When you can see the makeup on their faces, it loses so much! We went back to our old 1080P and we are much happier. Not sure what we will do when all we can buy next time is 4K because they say it is the "future" of tv.

Previously a plasma fan, this set didn't disappoint. After setting the sharpness near max, and turning off the Eco-Light Sensor and motion smoothing, the picture was stunning! Even DVD playback surprised guests with it's clarity.

This is a great TV super smart rich color. And the fact that is can control multiple devices is awesome xbox one android g-box cable box sweet. The only down side is volume seems a little low but turn it up higher and your fine

This tv has excellent clarity and color. The remote control is small and minimalist. I was able to sync my Samsung account for use of the smart features. The input menu is a little glitchy however, I doesn't show me the input options so I can label them. It makes it hard to switch between my PS4 and tv.

1 of the best tv's I've ever owned & it's not even samsung's top model. Very light & simple to set up (1 person set up). The remote control is small/ simple but does everything effortlessly. The display is simply gorgeous.

Didn't check out reviews prior to purchase but did do my homework. Colors, blacks, refresh rate, all are spot on. The only thing slightly awkward is the browser. Can't get certain apps. Other than that, this TV is flawless.

I LOVE my TV so much & the fact I got to bundle it with the Xbox One S was perfect & the price was perfect as well. Hope I can get a bundle with a 70 inch next. Best Buy has the best prices & products!!!

The clarity of the picture and the sound is wonderful. This is my first smart TV so I can't review that part yet but I'm excited about it. We got great installation service as well... connecting to our home theater system.

I may not be able to go in-depth tech talk, but I can simply say that the quality of the image has given me a revolutionary view of watching television. Netflix separates Ultra 4K videos from the rest, so click it and enjoy!

The picture quality on this tv is fantastic! Extremely clear, vivid and bright, very life-like. Things look so real, like they're right in the room with you. It was very easy to set up with the blu ray player and HDMI cables.

The Samsung 55 is perfect for our room. It's clarity of picture and sound, coupled with our new Samsung sound bar with wireless subwoofer makes for the perfect experience.

This is my eighth Samsung tv and they all work spectacularly . Easy to set up and in no time we Were watching this nice clear crisp picture. The prices for these tv's have come down considerably To where even the common working person can afford A few of them. Keep up the good work Thanks

This is an excellent 55" TV for everyone in the family to sit and see the beautiful colors and imagery very clearly on our Samsung UHD TV. It has an expansive 55-inch screen, so it makes every seat in the house a great one.
