We've had our tv for about a month. Very happy with quality and picture. Haven't had any problems.

I love the picture quality of this TV. It also has 3 HDMI inputs, which definitley comes in handy.

I feel like I have my own personal move screen in the bedroom . The sound and picture is clear.

Remote is a bit awkward. Like to ability to screen share with the phone and the laptop. Picture great for quick motion such as sports and action movies.

I tried another brand but the hdr wasn't very good. This Samsung has a great picture and good hdr.

The TV itself is amazing. Perfect resolution, and styling. Like most modern devices though, the software lacks in attention to detail. The user interface while good could be made more intuitive. Saving favorite channels is a perfect example - I saved it, why can't I just select it now. You bundled a bunch of features to make it appear like a smart TV, but the software interface is not smart at all. Also - the remote control still requires I use my cable box remote to quickly get to on demand shows. Finally - the remote is very lacking in using numbers to jump to channels. Having to type the number in each time using the find, scroll, select and 'done' method is very old school and reminds me of how MS Windows engineers design things - very clunky. Look at the current Apple TV remote app for the iPhone - seamless design with access to features you want. Now you can eliminate the need for the Apple TV remote. Finally - your USB interface on the back only sees MS Windows formatted USB sticks. Really? In today's age you don't think Mac's are overwhelmingly more popular than MS Windows machines. Anyone with a Mac formatted USB stick or drive can't navigate to media for playing. I know we are all going cloud and wireless access, but this is flat out a miss with your software/firmware development. Maybe you should ask a good user interface software engineer how it's done. Lastly - be careful when dealing with Best Buy pricing. I had to pay an additional $50 because I didn't press the 'buy' button before they up-ed the price. And - a conversation w/ customer service shows me while they are a decent retailer, you are on your own once a price move is made. I'll be back to Best Buy but not before I shop other places for better or equal prices - I can't forget the $50 bucks and it will affect my future purchases.

This was extremely easy to setup. The TV walks you right through with easy to follow instruction!

It's a great product, I have absolutely no complaints about this tv. Just remember to buy a hdmi cable rated for 4K to get the best quality picture

This is the best television that I have. It has a clear picture and the sound quality is awesome.

Budget level Samsung TV. But you get HDR10 with software update. Except no Wide Color Gamut. Picture is solid. Great features. Phenomenal price point.

This is my 5th Samsung large screen TV and they always look great and perform above expectations.

It definitely has a nice picture except with cartoons it has a blur to it as well as a delay to some shows.
