Beautiful picture I love to show off. A couple annoying features, but all can be easily turned off in the settings menu. I own 4 Samsung TVs and the have not disappointed me yet.

October 22, 2016 The Smart TV is just fine. During usage the Cable Box icon disappeared from the dock at the bottom of the screen. Returning to TV has been difficult and too many steps. I called the Geek Squad on October 17 and have not had a reply on how to remedy the problem.

This TV has a great picture quality with thin decisions for easy mount.

This is our third Samsung TV and it is what we have come to expect from Samsung. Went from a 43" DLP to 46' LED to this 55 LED. This unit is everything I was looking for at a good price. Easy to assemble, bright and clear display, internet access with all the streaming choices we need. If it performs and lasts as long as our DLP (over 15 years) we will be very happy!

All 4k video so far has looked amazing. Ps4 4k has been great aswell.

I bought this TV on a killer sale they had going on for $550. About a couple weeks into using it, the tv started to 'blink' in which the screen would go black for half a second and sometimes would blink for 10 or so times within 3 minutes. Gets quite annoying. I've had it turn off by itself sometimes too. So I call Best Buy to get this fixed/replaced within the 30 day period which I had under Best Buy warranty and they tell me that "I'm not in the Best Buy range to come to my apartment and take a look at your TV." I find this very hard to believe since I live half a mile from a Best Buy location. They told me to Call Samsung to get it fixed even though I was still under warranty at Best Buy. I could even put it back in the box and bring it to that Best Buy location and I bet they still wouldn't fix it. Well I'm out of the 30 day period now due to some complications. Hoping something can still be done about it.

This tv leaves you wanting more from it. Almost like it is trying to be a top tier tv but just isn't there. I was expecting more. Busy motion scenes like in USA Suits, NYC skyline, the picture stutters and is not clear like i truly expected. Sports seems to be clear and I am satisfied with normal viewing. Really comes down to really busy scenes. Good Tv though.

Don't really care for the smart remote. The tv itself is pretty nice.

Upgraded my old flat panel to this model. I wanted 55" and 4K. The quality of the picture is excellent. My only complaint is that it doesn't play well with my Harmony home hub. Took a while to make it work and I'm still not able to get all the tv features to work through the hub. Not sure how much of this is a Samsung or Harmony problem. That's why I gave it 4 stars.
