PROS: Nice picture quality & fast response when powering up/down. Apps load fast. Loud speakers. CONS: Bad glare & no PIP (except when using internet app). Internet browsing is a pain with the remote provided (using wireless keyboard & mouse is preferred).

Great color and the cabinet is great - easy set-up

Bought TV at Best Buy prior to Black Friday. Told Black Friday pricing would be honored. Nope. Overpaid at Best Buy by $150. Best Buy manager said Black Friday price match N/A. So much for customer service and info received at purchase.

We upgraded both our television and cable package and it was the best buy we've ever done! We were helped in our decision to buy this television by the informative sales staff. And they even helped us get a good buy on a DVD player.

After reviewing on line and Consumer Reports we went to Best Buy and checked out the tv. It looked like a great picture of the showroom floor. Once we got it home and set up...WOW! Excellent picture! Above and beyond my expectations.

It's picture and sound are excellent. The only problem is that I have to disconnect and power it back to get back on the internet if the TV has been off for a while. The Geek Squad has been excellent to try to get it working right.

My new Samsung 65" smart TV is the best by far I have ever experienced the picture quality and the speed of the smart tv itself are appalling and truly userfriendly .And the smart remote with the microphone button is so cool

Based on the 4.6 rating (out of 5), we were very excited to get this 55 inch TV but once we received it, were surprised how much it looked digitized. There are times when the TV has a wonderful picture but then there are times when the TV is very jittery. When the people move too fast, then the TV can't keep up with them and it has a digitized look. For some reason, sports are good on this TV and don't look digitized so that is good but watching a movie or TV gets very annoying! We finally found that putting it on "Movie Mode" was the best way to make it look normal and not jittery but then the color isn't as dynamic. I would definitely look for another TV or a higher model before purchasing.

Love the pic and the size. Best Buy delivered exactly as promised with no damages & personnel were all polite & efficient We bought a 55" and size is perfect.you really get a much better view and get much more enjoyment. Thank you

I bought this TV for my Fiances birthday and it surpassed my expectations it was so easy to set up and so much fun to use. All of the different apps and channels blend seamlessly with this tvs interface

We really like this tv. I love that it's "smart" and my kids use it a lot for video games. It's great to be able access the web through the tv. I'm not crazy about the remote, but I'm not the one who Gets to hold it- lol.

Thankfully my husband and I got this on sale and we are super happy with it. I didn't think I would be able to tell a difference with a 4 k tv but it's like watching everything in 3D. We both are super happy with it

We were looking for a 4K tv for our new home. As we walked into bestbuy they had two 55" Samsung 4K tvs on sale. It was exactly what we wanted. This picture is amazing. It looks great over our mantel in our new home.

Its a Samsung 4K TV at a good price so that alone makes it worth it. One thing to note is that it does not have true HDR. At least not up to the standard of current TV's but it still has HDR. The included apps allow for 4k viewing without a 4k player so you can get 4k right out of the box.

I bought a Samsung 40 in. for my bedroom. I was so impressed, I bought a Samsung 55 in. for my living room a few days later. I didn't realize it also had WEB services. Its easy and non complicated to use. Enjoy

The 4K tv is awesome but unfortunately there are very few 4K channels and no movies really recorded in 4K you can buy except maybe a movie channel or two that just shows me 4K. I am not worried because I am just ahead of the game and this tv will be perfect when everything catches up to me!

Overall this TV has served my needs well. Sometimes a little lag with the menus and all. The main reason for 4 stars is because sometimes, its unresponsive to the remote and takes time to like respond. Smart remote problems.

We recently replaced the small outdated technology TVs we had. The Samsung 55" is the perfect size. The resolution is great, clear from all angles. I would hate to be on TV anymore the resolution is so clear.

Needed a new living room tv and this was great! We are nothing but happy! Our movies and shows look amazing! Good for gaming just make sure you get a good 4K high speed cable. Rocket fish is highly recommended

I only usually buy Samsung tvs. I got a great deal on black friday & am very happy with the tv in general. I like the thinner edge/design & the matte finish. The smart remote is a must in my opinion when comparing it to other similar models without. No complaints so far, great tv!
