THIS PURCHASE WENT SO WELL THAT I CALLED THE STORE MGR. TO COMPLIMENT THEM. UNFORTUNATELY MY NEXT PURCHASE WAS A DISASTER AND CUSTOMER SERVICE DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO REMEDY THE SITUATION. UNFORTUNATELY DUE TO BEST BUY'S EXTREME LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, I'LL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN.

I am so pleased with this purchase. I didn't have to stand in a long line because I could purchase before the Event as an Elite Member. Efficient delivery and life-like quality picture. No complaints at all!

I can't say anything about 4K haven't found any broadcast of it. But the rest of the TV works fine. The Samsung smart function has more apps than LG. Every one says the picture is unreal.

easy set up-just plugged it in and it was great! The remote is very sleek and well designed and easy for an old lady to learn to use effectively. Love the whole experience and could not be more pleased.

I love this TV, got it on sale on Black Friday and it was 100% worth it. I would give it 5 stars, but for some reason it freezes up really bad sometimes, and every single time I want to use Hulu, I have to redownload it.

This TV is fantastic. I had a smart TV prior to this, but in comparison, this was is more of a genius TV! I love that you can add apps. I'm using two of the yoga apps and it's wonderful! Would recommend.

I purchased the Samsung SmartTV primarily because for 2 years I've loved a 40 inch SmartTV from the same manufacturer. My relationship with the 55" 4K Ultra is no different. I love the simplicity of use. Picture quality is good. Sounds decent. Great value for a reasonable price.

Bought for an awesome price on Black Friday! Love it! Awesome futures and shows really good compared to my old TV! Two Thumbs up! Definitely must have if you love watching movies and/or play videogames!

Good reputable brand smart 4 k tv at this price. It was bang for money. Good picture and features. Sound is on bit low else good purchase. Bestbuy did wonderful job in delivery rite on time everytime

I was looking for a smart tv for our living room and found this one and once we got it home it was amazing how much better the picture was than my old tv. The Netflix and amazon prime work awesome too.

We purchased this tv when we decided to give up on satellite service. The 4D picture is amazing and the "smart" aspect is super easy! Setup was a piece of cake. We had it up and running in 20 min.

cant beat the price, and simply loving the 4k clarity. Also the other good thing is the regular 1080p is so sharper and better on this that i have stopped looking at my other 70" coz its just 1080p.

I've owned many tv's throughout the years. I love all Samsung tv's. I recently purchased a different brand and returned it. I ended up buying another Samsung and couldn't be happier for what i paid.

I knew I was consciously buying a older model which had good enough reviews than some of latest item itself. Its few months now and I have had no reasons to complain. Netflix and Amazon are awesome. Cable tv has been great as well. YouTube sync over WiFi also works great.

I'm especially impressed with my delivery men. I have hip replacement and the delivery men took pity on me and set my TV up and took away the trash. So much help. They wouldn't take a tip.

Very nice TV worth the $470 on Black Friday. Exceptional picture and looks very good in my new place. I have a sound bar but it is not needed with this TV. Overall a good value for a nice Tv

Awesome smart tv. Love it. all but the fact that the audio out is optical and my stereo is analog so some smart features like you tube and Netflix will not alow the audio to come through.

I reviewed a lot of information regarding available features, reliability, & overall quality. This Samsung television was well-reviewed by Consumer's Report & Best Buy had an excellent price on it. I was also very satisfied with Best Buy's delivery service.

Easily the best TV I have ever owned. Went in looking for a different one and then saw this on sale and went for it and I couldn't be happier. The picture and sound are both amazing.

Ordered on thanksgiving day and got a Black Friday price without even having to go in the store. Delivered the very next day and on time. Very user friendly and easy to navigate.
