Disappointed in the stand and remote controller

The Smart TV was very intuitive and easy to use. The resolution was great. Unfortunately, I was disappointed in how flimsy the stand is. I'm still worried that it'll topple over if there was a big earthquake, unlike my other Samsung flat screens which were much sturdier and have lasted at least 4 years. What really disappointed me was that within 2 weeks of the purchase, one of the buttons on the remote control stopped working. I had to call Samsung to have them mail me a replacement remote (still waiting). BB wouldn't allow me to swap out the remote, I was told I needed to bring the entire TV back with the remote.

Excellent picture, terrible sound quality

I replaced a Samsung tv with a Samsung tv and was disappointed with the sound quality and volume level. I figured I would be getting better picture quality for sure but didn't know it would suffer in other areas.
