Ok, I have only bought Samsung TVs for myself recently ranging from 75" to 55" and to best honest I am not impressed. You have to shut down the Hulu app to re-open, takes forever to get the network when you turn it on, etc... The GUI is broken compared to my other TVs. I would spend a few dollars extra on a nicer model next time.

I loved this tv. Unfortunately after two days the picture started going dark and I had to return the tv. I liked the tv so much that I would have taken another one but they didn't have anymore in stock and they were not accepting more orders.

I purchased a samsung TV thought i was purchasing this from the store. When it was delivered i should have let the drivers wait and open the box to make sure everything was included. for such a big company i felt secure knowing that everything i needed would be included. I hired someone to mount my tv....guess what the power cord and remote was missing. you would think a quick phone call would fix this right...I have called at least 5 different # i have been transferred all over the US and still no power cord?!! Seriously. very disappointing, I had the TV delivered so I didn't have to go thru the hassle, now i have to haul this 55inch tv back into the store. im beyond upset

You should read the reviews for the UN55KU6300FXZA to help you make your decision. Just disregard any comments in those reviews about Bluetooth or composite and component inputs. I hope this helped!

I have ordered this tv from bestbuy.com as on thanks giving offers. But the item I got is defective and really unhappy with my purchase. Issue: 1. The tv sound is increasing all of a sudden and remote control can't control 2. While watching youtube(I have taken video as a proof), all of a sudden the progress bar appears and this making the video not clearly visible(this will repeat until you restart the video again) 3. While searching or setup, the options will toggle on its own. I really suspect, bestbuy has no inspection on their product before delivering to customers.

my logitech harmony remote is not what i expected. It was not able to program correctly with my devices. After going to the store and contacting the logitech company , I did not get any results.

Noticed a while ago the TV never actually cuts off. Putting my tin hat on and saying don't buy this TV if you enjoy the basic freedom of privacy that comes with being a human.

I purchased this TV on Black Friday 2016. After much research, I decided to go with this Samsung 55" UHD TV. I went back and forth between the Sony UHD with HDR and a Samsung SUHD, but ultimately the price and the availabilty of 4K media led me to this TV. Since 4K content isn't widely available yet, I decided not to get the best available TV out on the market (OLED and SUHD with HDR). Setting the TV up was easy. I started watching shows on Netflix and noticed right off the bat, that picture quality was amazing! The colors were vibrant and everything looked like crystal clear. However, the darker scenes were just too dark for my lighting. On my last Samsung HD TV from 2007, I didn't change a single display setting and the picture looked amazing back then. This time I went into the display settings and messed around a bit. Out of the box, this TV is set up with display settings that will keep your TV energy compliant so in other words, the brightness is turned way down, making the blacks too dark and the colors more muddled than they should be. I changed my overall setting to Dynamic and things got so much better! I really enjoy this TV so far and the color is incredible! I love the new simplified remote....I hope I don't lose it :) Also, the Samsung software is great and easy to use too. I definitely recommend this TV

Good tv picture not so good quality for being a 4K tv does not have a 4K picture and remote is real simple

Had the TV delivered to House and product was broken. Took day off work to return it and they did not have another in stock. They had to order it. Returned 3 days later and they sent me home with the same TV I returned. Now have to go back and do it all over.

This TV has a flaw. It constantly changes the input source from HDMI 1 to TV randomly. Samsung's answer is to unplug the TV and Plug it back in. Searching the internet and Samsung's web page indicates this is a common problem.
