SCREEN IS BEAUTIFUL, SOUND IS GREAT AND I NORMALLY GET A SOUND BAR BUT NO NEED FOR THIS TV. THE REMOTE IS VERY SIMPLE THATS ONE OF MY FAVS. THIS IS MY SECOND 4K TV IN THE HOME BY FAR MY FAV ONE, AND THEIR BOTH SAMSUNG S.

If I didn't have a tv already it would have been good. But you can see a lot of artifacts and processing issues with the picture.

Needed for ADA - 3 stars - no Bluetooth for audio - 4 stars - Remote not designed for disabled handling. To much drill down on menu navigation, loses previous state. Returning. Cannot use without closed caption.

Don’t buy this tV!

It was in temperature controlled storage for 3 months and we can’t get the blue hue out of the picture, even trying to adjust it via settings.

Tv quality to early to rate

I have a negative experience with Samsung TV's that go bad at the 4 yr mark so lets see if this makes it before I review. My review is the overall experience, or I should say Lack Of experience. We purchased on Thanksgiving evening and the clerk mentioned the Best buy card and how we could pay this off within 18 months no interest. Sure why not. He must not have done something correct because even though we were approved for 10x the amount of the TV when he went to use the new card he couldn't find it. We had to purchase the TV on our card then return the next day for it to be refunded and put on the Best Buy card. Second problem is that I have been waiting for my rewards certificate so I could use it for the Ipad cover that I need. Not one person ever told me that if I use the Best Buy card that I do not get any rewards. I had to find out after many calls to customer service. Overall, I would say I'm somewhat pleased but would have no problems going to any of the other big box stores for anything else I need. They hopefully have better service.

4K? Where?
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just bought this tv last night and a samsung 4k blu ray player and 4k hdmi cable to go along with it so I can have the full 4k hdr experience. Turn the tv on, turn the blu ray player on, pop in the uhd movie,..... no 4k or hdr, just a movie that looks like one from the cheap theaters. I'm HIGHLY disappointed. I understand when you get at home not all tvs with looks as beautiful as the 4k demo modes but this is aggravating and nerve wrecking. I only chose this tv over the $200 4k Toshiba because it said it has HDR & I wanted to have the full 2160p experience but that's not happening. Will return in the next 3 days, along with the 4k bluray player and 6 uhd movies.

Poor Customer Service

Best Buy showed that the product is available for delivery in couple of days. I selected the dates and everything went perfect. A day before the delivery, get a phone call that my TV will be delivered as scheduled.. gr8!!. Then starts the bad part.. Get a SMS that Best Buy has cancelled my order. Called them to check the reason. Got passed on from 1 rep to another to another. Finally the last rep dropped the line. Again called and reached the correct rep. He explained that they are out of stock. When I asked why did it allow me to order, the response was it was a system glitch. Ok no issues. Since my credit card was still not charged, I asked the question will best buy charge my card, the response was "No" since the order was cancelled. Next day my credit card was charged. Again call back customer service, repeat the same story that my order got cancelled and i was told my card is will not be charged but my card got the debit. The customer rep says, yes card was charged and the refund will be processed in 3-5 business days. When I ask to clarify that I was told differently a day before, he says that was not a correct status and now you should get the money in 3-5 business days. It would have been much better if someone from best buy would have called when the order was cancelled due to a system issue and just explained the reason and what will happen next. I hope Best buy will become better at customer service.

Brand name, disappointing picture

I tried all the different picture tuning modes without success. Everything looked like standard definition when compared to a 50" LG 4K set, including cable, Netflix and Hulu. Not sure what the issue is, but I will return this weekend.

Not so great

Now, while I'm watching tv or playing Xbox, random black bars keep flashing on the screen. This tv is garbage and I'm ashamed to have gotten this at Best Buy. I spend too much money there for this kind of trash.

The Youtube app doesn't show anything

Fast delivery and I'm not a picky person so generally OK with the quality. However, only after one night, the Youtube app stopped working. It worked in the "web browser" but not in the app. I click on the app it only shows a whole dark blue screen. I don't even know how that happened. I thought SamSung's quality was supposed to be good?? Now I doubt it. Feeling disappointed. I need to call support Ehh...

Defective unit

The right side speaker on my TV is defective, and is terribly vibrating. More annoying, is that the Best Buy customer service says since they do not have any unit left to exchange for, the only option is to return it and buy another model, or return it now, and wait for couple of month to receive an exchange! Very disappointing Bestbuy!

Freezes

The tv goes unresponsive to the point i need to unplug it. It does not respond to power buttons, volumes, menus, any input at all. Picture goes randomly black and looses sound. Samsung support was useless, trying to get bestbuy to atleast exchange it ...

Broken
