Researched for a while and selected this Samsung. Easy setup, great little remote and smart apps. Picture is wonderful. Netflix does some streaming in 4K and when you turn on the HDR+ setting - the accuracy is incredible.

We were able to find the perfect TV to fit our unique needs. The installation exceeded my expectations and the installer saved me money by eliminating unneeded equipment.

In love with this t.v. Had a rough start setting it up as it would not accept our zip code. Ended up having to call Samsung to figure out how to bypass that. But besides that great picture, easy to use apps.

My story, just before Thanksgiving,The first TV was delivered by BB and they took my old working TV.The new KS 9500 lasted 2 hours before a 1" green vertical stripe appeared.1st call to Tech services,they would have it repaired in home or return it to BB. 10:00AM ,I'm at BB and they have two Tv's available. One in a damaged box and one in a good box.Picked the good box, Bad mistake,on set-up at home I could see what looked like water in the screen.Turned it on,Yep, it was bad..Back to the store and made C/Svs take the 3rd TV out of the damaged box. This TV, has since produced a beautiful picture. I wasted most of a day between C/Svs, standing in line,packing/unpacking/ travel/ set-up and phone calls to Tech SVC.You would have received a one star if it wasn't for the great picture and Yes, I did receive a " Sorry for your trouble" from the C/Svs rep.but I never expected this kind of problems when buying a top of the line Samsung TV..

When I first started to shop for a new TV, I had decided on a budget. This particular TV did not fit my budget. However, the picture on this TV in the store sold me. I am glad I spent the extra money.

I have really enjoyed the new TV. The Picture is great, the apps are great! The apps are quite easy to use once you use them a couple of times. Clear and crisp picture. Nice change for my family room

This is a great tv if you can find one. If you can find it cheap buy it

Got this TV to upgrade 11 year. Old DLP. Had Geek squad hook it up to my surround sound system. Could not have done on my own. Incredible sound and picture. 4k programs are stunning!

I replaced a tv that was not a Samsung. Samsung is simply the best and I will never stray again. The whole shopping procedure was easy, as wad the delivery and set up.

I'm very happy with this TV. It's easy to navigate and the picture is amazing. You'll want to replace the remote that comes with the TV with a multi-function Samsung remote.

It is a great tv and I love the rich colors it are beautiful.

I did a lot of research and this tv just seems to do a lot of things really great. It has the lowest input lag for gaming out of any tvs available this year.

I've owned several Samsung TVs and have never been disappointed. In the past I've purchased other brands, but returned to Samsung because of the quality.

TV seems to be well made. The audio is amazing...to the point that I hardly use my home theater system anymore. The only draw back I find is that the TV did not recognize the Verizon Fios box, so I have to add as "Other"....I think it is because of this that some buttons on my Fios remote don't work (ie. audio buttons).

This Samsung unit is stunning. The buying experience at Best Buy was just fantastic with knowledgeable salespeople and a samsung Rep on site.
