It's great that it's a smart TV. But for the price I got, it could of been smarter. It shows you tube, Netflix, etc. It will only be 4K and high quality picture if you have cable service, if not it shows as the any other TV. ( That's what makes me mad). Also I can't connect the Xbox one to it, there is no outlet for it. So how "smart" is that?! So my suggestion is: if you want to connect your game console buy different tv, not this one. And if you don't have cable connection, don't buy it, it's not worth the money.

This TV is amazing. We bought it almost a month ago and are absolutely happy with it. Unfortunately, the only draw back we can find is that some cable channels don't have the best signal to send to the tv so you will notice small things, such as dimming of the whole screen which looks similar to your phone right befire it goes to sleep. Other than that, the picture is fantastic and well worth the money!!

Great picture with intense color. Even on standard, the colors seem over the top. I had to adjust color way down. But overall I really enjoy watching it especially the football games.

I had to exchange the first one due to HDMI input issues. I was frustrated with Samsung technical assistance at first, but it was a really strange issue. Talked with a Best Buy associate in store that recommended I return the TV and get another. I followed his advice and the second TV is working perfectly. Excellent picture quality and fast menus, especially when connected to internet through a LAN cable.

This is a huge step up from the sony bravia flat screen i've had since about 2004. The 55 inch is a great size for the living room of my 2 bedroom apartment. The clarity is great. I do notice though sometimes i notice the screen goes a bit dark for no reason. I'll have to inquire with geek squad maybe. Also, one annoying thing is the remote. no numbers mean i'm constantly scrolling through the cable guide, i wish i could just put in a channel number. and when i do use the cable guide i cannot exit out of it without changing the channel or having to scroll all the way back to the channel i'm watching and selecting it to exit it out of the browser.

This is an amazing TV. Easy set up, great picture, and the remote controls EVERYTHING!

The picture and sound are great. The picture is very clear. The curve is also great.

My new 4K Ultra HD TV is just amazing.. The videos, movies and regular shows look so much better.. It's a BIG difference if you like enjoy a good show, also you don't have to be in front the TV to have a nice view. Just remember you must have a good internet connection "it's necessary" . After I received the TV I call directv and they was able to bring the new box for my new TV, easy and not extra cost..

The Samsung is a great tv! It has a clear picture and I enjoy the new curve feature.

I was back in forth on this TV and the model below it. It was about $100 difference in price, this one being more expensive. When I went into the store I knew this was something I wanted to keep for years to come so I applied for the Best Buy credit card to give me more buying power. The employee really showed me the quality and with my home having a lot of windows, just how well it adjust to light
