Make sure you update the firmware when you get it, there was a wifi connection issue where we had to factory reset it on multiple occassions, but it seems fixed now. Other than that beautiful colors and responsive. Smart hub is convenient for wire management.

We love our 4K Samsung TV so much we bought a 2nd one for my man-cave. What a difference from my old 13 inch black and white tubed set I bought in the 60s. What is next for our video entertainment?

I read the reviews for tvs along this price line and this one had the best one for my price range and it is the best tv I've owned by far. If you have the cash buy it you won't be despointed. I use mine mainly for gaming, ps4 pro looks amazing on this !

The TV set up was straight forward. If mounting the TV on the wall, order the mounting kit from Samsung. Most wall mounts are for flat panels. The mounts for curved TVs are more expensive. The mounting kit will allow you to use a less expensive wall mount.

I have often seen advertisements for products that didn't live up to all the hype. However, the picture on this curved tv exceeded my expectations! It's just phenomenal. I would highly recommend it.

We purchased this television as a Christmas gift for our family. As avid sports fans we were glad to see the 240 motion rate to allow for smooth viewing. Our living room is more of a rectangle type shape and the curve actually does make viewing from "side" angles a noticeably better experience, no more craning our necks because we got the bad seat at the end of the sofa. The picture is without a doubt one of the best I've seen, crisp and clean, and the dark scenes, I can't say enough about how much better the dark scenes are. I can actually tell what is happening because I can see it- no more trying to guess by the dialogue. The only down side was we were told we could use our existing television mount, but when we tried to put the brackets on we found that because of the curve the screws were not long enough and needed to be changed. Luckily we had some on hand.

I am getting used to some of the features this tv has to offer. Great picture and sound. Like the aspect of the picture particularly. Must add the sales and support people made the buy easier. They have answered questions and helped me with all the features.

Got this TV on sale and with 10% off for recycling an old 24 inch lcd. The sale price alone was aa incredible deal. No need to spend your hard on cash for the 9000 series as this tv is just as bright and vivid and only lacks a few features. Black levels are better than I expected based on other reviews and is not an issue. The one connect box is great. The remote is simple but how complicated should a remote be. I have this tv mounted so I prefer flat over curve. This tv is beautiful, thin, and is like a piece of art. I can control the TV with my android phone. The remote can control my sound bar and my Xbox One S with minimal setup. Unless you can afford an OLED... BUY THIS TV!!!

Tv was easy to set up, picture and everything was great. Because it's curved though and my tv stand has a mounting arm I had to get longer screws to mount it. So if your mounting it you'll need longer screws to make up for the curvature of t.v.

Seems to be so simple to use, great picture. Speakers placed to far in back, hard to hear.

The graphics are just amazing the color is out pf this world now the remote needs some work because a week after purchasing the tv the remote is not working and of course samsung nor beat buy is willing to help but my cable remote will work for now

Great Tv xpt I was not able to put my curve sound bar below the 55 in TV the sound bar was big (7 serious) couldn't fit below the TV or between the stand ( legs) Sound is great and picture is the best I ever seen so far. I'm enjoying it

Could not believe how much we were robbed from seeing on our old flat screen. The color burst out at you and is stunning. We find out selves watching old movies we may have watched a dozen times before because its a totally new experience.

I would recommend this tv to anyone looking for a Samsung curved uhd. It has great picture and is quite good. I have always done Samsung so this is my 3rd Samsung and with the uhd is my best picture. Not there top of line but very nice picture.

Purchased as step-father's Christmas present, and he couldn't be happier. The image detail and quality is superb, has more features than one knows what to do with, and it's current on the latest specs for expandibility. He absolutely loves this tv.

One of the best and sharpest looking TVs I've seen. If your in the market to upgrade, I highly recommend going SUHD route rather than UHD... but obviously nothing can really beat an OLED, but I couldn't justify the price for that technology.

This tv is simply excellent. Quantom dot display features makes the video better even if it is not uhd or suhd. Slim and cure. Over all the best. I am only samsung tv user. This model is best. Best buy customer service is suppereb as well.

I work at store 1489 in the home theater department and I bought this TV my second day on the job. I have to say, after having it for about 5 months I can't do anything but give good remarks about it. The HDR 1000 gives amazing colors, the smart features along with the fast processor allows for seamless use and streaming of things such as Netflix and YouTube. And one of my favorite things is the UHF remote, which allows me to control the TV through blankets and other things. Makes it easier not having to aim your remote at the TV every time you want to change the channel. The only con that I honestly can say about the tv is the amount of light bleed on the edges of the TV. I know this is mostly due to the panel being curved, but it really is noticeable in darker scenes. All in all, 100% my favorite TV that we sell here at BestBuy

I enjoy this TV and the great quality of the picture. I have needed an updated TV for a while so I went into Best Buy and looked at a lot of different models and sizes. This one really works best for my home and I am completely satisfied.
