No matter where you sit, the curved 55" Samsung presents a great picture. Our first smart TV, even local channels on an indoor antenna look better than our old flatscreen.

Not only is our new 55inch suhd curved TV exactly what I wanted, the folks at best buy made it all too easy. Price was right as well. I'll be a best buy customer for life!

The picture is great. I also like the remote it is easy to use. I had a lot of trouble using Netflix and amazon on the tv. After many days I went back to using fire stick to stream with.

The only con about this product was the sound quality, the manufacturers put the speakers in the back of the tv and it was necessary to buy a sound bar for optimum sound.

Customers should be made aware that the price drop policy does not apply to open box. Yet, the open box can be returned in that period. To me, this doesn't make sense.

We love our new curved Tv, and didn't know how much detail/depth we were missing without the HDR option. See movies we have already seen before in a whole new light.

I'm really enjoying my retirement present to me. I can't wait for football season to begin.

My new harmony remote works very well. It much better than the one originally purchased. The installation was very professional. The trade out process was seamless.

I love this TV and so does everyone who watches it. The best quaility display and looks great too. Only downfall the smart box is a little slow with the tv remote. It barley recognizes the volume buttons. I use the fire stick to navigate the tv for all other purposes bc it's faster

Bought it in late May, June 26th it died. Pops back on for a few seconds every now and then with a bright white light on the bottom left hand corner. Took 4 service calls and 2 service request tickets to Samsung to get anyone to call me back over a 4 day period. Said they'd have a repair man out in another 48 hours. He came out and the part that was broken is backordered until after the 9th. I guess not a good sign of excellent quality if that part is failing everywhere. The moved it up to refunds and exchanges who, after another 48 hours, didn't bother to call me either. Called Best Buy Online. No help. Called the store...past 30 days so no help there either. Now I've got close to a $2,000 piece of junk laying in pieces in my living room with absolutely no clue when they can produce the parts to fix it. Sitting here watching TV on my MacBook in the meantime. Wish Apple made TVs. Easily the worst customer experience of my life when trying to return an electronic device 2 months old with multiple broken pieces. Not planning on buying any Samsung product or shopping at Best Buy much anymore after this, really. You can get the same or better deals on LG TVs on many sites. Wish either Samsung or Best Buy would have at least pretended to care about my problem.

We are extremely happy with our Samsung 4K Smart TV. Great picture quality, and the ease of utilizing other features such as Netflix, YouTube, etc. is fantastic.

Very good picture on this tv, will probably improve in two weeks after the calibration procedure. Very minimalist remote, as most functions are on screen. A little bit of a learning curve figuring out how everything works together. Essentially no manual except for a very basic set-up guide.

So far I love the tv and everything I purchased with it. The reps were very knowledgeable and made great recommendations.

The color range and the ability to show what's in the shadows is incomparable. One of the best ideas is the connection hub, it only leaves one wire to hide.

I BOUGHT THIS TV FOR THE KIDS ROOM. I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN A FAN OF SAMSUNG PRODUCTS. EVERYTHING IN MY HOME IS FROM SAMSUNG. THEY ARE A LEADER IN THE TECH INDUSTRY.

Part of our newly purchased Entertainment Center. Bought at the local Best Buy. Great help, easy to purchase, delivered and set up. Happy is an understatement!

I saw an older vision of this TV at a neighbor's and knew I had to have one! I have really enjoyed watching the Olympics this summer on my new 55" curved screen TV.

This is my second Samsung tv in 2years both curved and no complaints love it combined with Samsung soundbar complete entertainment system, Samsung all the way

I really didn't understand all the hype about the curved tvs but figured I'd try one. It's great in the right room but I can't see it working in every situation

The tv is awesome, everything it is advertised as. Getting it to cooperate with all the other devices was not as easy as 1,2,3. It required phone support from Samsung, LG, AT&T, and even google. It took about a week to get it all working as it should and integrated into our home.
