Bugs need fixing on new technology

Sales guy was extremely knowledgable but giving tv a poor review. The new one connect box is a horrible design and didn't work. We wish we never bought this tv and would return it if we hadn't thrown the box away (our mistake). Best Buy was absolutely terrible in helping us. Samsung was nice on the phone but hard time getting what we needed. Finally received a new one connect box and thankfully a new connect cord bc it ended up being both that didn't work. Thank god we hired a tech co to install everything bc they spent hours and hours trying to trouble shoot this new tv.
