We had a Samsung smart tv that we were upgrading. Knew what I wanted when I went to Best Buy. The salesman was great. Explained the differences between the models as well as the pros and cons of each. Couldn't be happier with our choice. And the best part was the fabulous price we got it for at Best Buy.

I did my research on buying a 4K Samsung and I bought the 55 inch 4K and have not been disappointed. I had the geek squad come in and do their thing (delivering it, installing it, hanging it on the wall. I love my new purchase it was worth every little penny. The picture, the color is so amazing. I'm so happy.

Picked this up on Black Friday to replace my old SONY Bravia. Got t home and had it set up in about 15minutes.the picture is absolutely gorgeous and the sound is so clear, it just resonates through the whole room. The apps are quick to load and the connection to the internet is quite strong. The only issue I had was that after about a week the Smart Hub stopped loading the apps I had put in the shortcut bar. However, simply searching for them keeps them in easy access range.

What do you expect from Samsung with their recent technological advancements? I mean its an amazing TV. Terrific picture quality, plus it's curved LED and so it makes it more fun. Un-boxing was a little tough, and with its shape it feels like it can break easily. Needs a little care in handling.

Great picture quality, and easy to use. Sometimes the apps freeze but exiting and reloading typically fix the issue.

This model is a very stripped down version of the 65" 9 series curved tv we first purchased, but some of the most important aspects have not changed. Both offer the basic SmartTV functions, both offer HDMI ARC ports, they are both 4K video and both look AWESOME to name a few things we love about BOTH tvs. What I don't love? It's the Samsung Curved soundbar. I have the 8500R system to match the 65 inch TV perfectly, which is advertised as 9.1 surround. BOOOOO! My 45" vizio set up has much more crisp highs, significantly more powerful bass, a subwoofer that fits under the couch, and true satellite speaker for REAL surround sound - all at about 1/3 the cost. The Vizio system also plays to much higher volumes without distortion and vizio smartcast is a better system than Samsung Multiroom. My Crave Pro speaker integrates and everything on the Smartcast system works exactly as advertised. The Samsung Multiroom system CONSTANTLY makes me "reinstall" my R1 speakers, and acts buggy in general. Thumbs down on that one. (Sorry Samsung)

This had a great picture, however the curved screen acted as a magnifier like a fun house mirror so reflections were magnified. With window reflection I could not see the picture unless I moved to another location. Just turning my head made the reflections move also. I returned the TV and got a 60 inch non curved screen. The same window reflections did not block the picture.

A high-quality ultra HD tv with reasonable price. I have had an old TV and this one is a revolution in my life.

The price of this Tv is really affordable especially for all the features it offers! The curve display catches everyones eyes. The resolution and display make it seem 3D, almost as if you where there! Great TV definitely recommend!
