I'm not really sure why, but when I looked online it seems to be a well known issue. So every time the app crashes I have to unplug/plug back the TV on the wall. It doesn't have an option to restart an app with the TV on.

Curved Samsung is the BEST!

They visited our house in AZ and loved the Curved technology. So we bought the same 55" Samsung as a house warming gift for their NEW home in Lodi, CA. There are totally enjoying it. Best Buy Geek Squad is the reason I always purchase electronics from BEST BUY.

Great TV for the $$

Mounting on a wall was a little challenging due to the curve but it's done. Biggest suggestion would be to add a sound bar; the internal speakers are just not powerful enough at times. Overall, super happy with the TV!

Excellent 4K TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This TV is SO easy to use and pairs automatically with everything (cordless headphones, cordless keyboard, PS4 .....Netflix etc) You do not have to know what you are doing and can use all the newest techi stuff Picture is amazing----able to stream Netflix in 4K. Don't "love" the curved aspect of it...I am using it in a small room sitting directly in front of it....and feel like I lost some screen size because of it... But maybe that's what makes the picture so amazing
