5 Stars For Tv, But 0 Starts For Best Buy Support

Best Buy messed up my purchase and my 1st purchase using my bestbuy credit card. I was supposed to get approx $70 back in rewards, but due to insufficient knowledge of there representative, i am not getting that. I raised the complaints, but it was pathetic. No one was answering, and ready to solve my issue. Highly disappointed and will think twice to buy any thing or recommend some one!!!!!!
